We have roughly 2 million monthly visitors and are on several different social media platforms managing this individually is impossible but sendible breaches that gap and enables us to leverage our resources and continually keep our subscribers notified. Sendible is personable, meaning that when I've requested help a real person responds not a computer and that goes a long way. The interface on both the mobile app and the desktop is very easy to use and understand!
Everything in life has it's problems and bugs but in the case of sendible when there's been a bug it's been solved within hours. Realistically, because we are such a small organization the only thing I could really say I dislike is the price, but Sendible is worth it at the end of the day.
Managing a website is one thing, there's the design, support problems, server issues, and so on. With our social media individually it was incredibly hard to manage 4 different social platforms efficiently and Sendible solved that problem perfectly.
