"Effortless Email Marketing with Exceptional Ease of Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

I use Sender.net for email marketing, and I find it very easy to send to my entire subscriber list, upload good graphics, and preview the emails before sending them. I really like the GUI interface—it's very easy to use and learn, unlike other platforms I've tried before. I could quickly pick it up, learn it fast, and save my progress for returning later. I'm able to create different campaigns, test various graphics, and efficiently manage my marketing efforts. When I needed help, Lucas from support was prompt and resolved my issue quickly. The initial setup was super easy, taking only five to ten minutes, and I was ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Email Builder, Easy Automation, and Reliable Deliverability"
4/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

The best thing about this platform is that it stands out for its simpler and more flexible interface. Their email builder tools are very intuitive, and their automation workflow is also easier to set up. Their deliverability is very consistent and reliable. This platform also strikes a balance between its affordability and capability, specifically for business which need both email and SMS and marketing in a single place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

Some of their advanced features feels bit limited when compared with the enterprise tools, particularly in segmenting and reporting customisation. Their template library, though it's functional, can be more modern and diverse. Also, their integration is not that extensive when compared with other larger competitors. "Impressed by Sender.net’s Fast Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

"What I like best about Sender.net is their incredibly responsive support team. Even as a free user, I received quick and friendly assistance that made me feel valued. It’s rare to find a platform that treats all users with the same level of care, and that dedication really sets Sender.net apart. Their ease of use combined with excellent customer service makes the experience smooth and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

I’m still exploring Sender.net, so I don’t have major dislikes yet. Since I’m on the free plan, I’m curious to see how some of the advanced features compare once I dive deeper. For now, everything has been smooth, but I’ll need more time to fully understand the limitations and see if there are areas that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for Budget-Friendly B2B Email Marketing"
4/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

I really appreciate Sender.net's unbeatable combination of affordability, simplicity, and reliable deliverability, which are perfect for our small Hong Kong B2B team. The free plan is genuinely useful, not just a limited trial, and as we've scaled, the paid plans remain budget-friendly compared to big-name tools like Mailchimp. The platform is extremely easy to use, with the drag-and-drop email builder being intuitive, requiring no design or coding skills to create clean, professional emails in minutes. Setting up signup forms, automations, and list segmentation is also quick and easy, allowing us to focus on business rather than software. The deliverability is a big plus, with emails consistently landing in inboxes rather than spam, which was a problem with cheaper tools before. Sender.net offers just the right features without overwhelming us, including basic automations, segmentation, signup forms, and clear reporting, all of which are invaluable for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

The reporting and analytics are quite basic. We can see opens, clicks, and basic stats, but there’s not enough depth to track conversions, campaign ROI, or subscriber behavior over time properly. For B2B marketing, we need more actionable data to refine our strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Yet Powerful Automation with Reliable Email Delivery"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sender.net?

What I like most about Sender.net is how simple everything feels without compromising on features. The automation flows are easy to set up, and email delivery has been consistently reliable for my campaigns. It saves me time while still giving me full control over personalization and analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sender.net?

One minor dislike I have is that the email template editor can feel a bit outdated and less feature-rich, especially since it doesn’t include options like a countdown timer or AMP features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
