  ### 1. Horrible Customer Service, The Good Pricing Is Not Worth It

**What do you like best about Send2Press?**

Pricing, and the guy responded quickly. Basically, before they had to work, it went fine.

**What do you dislike about Send2Press?**

The customer service is unprofessional, lazy, and rude.
First, he was basically trying to get me to feel sorry for him because he was supposedly covering for other people and talking about needing coffee and such. (Not the end of the world, but an off-putting way to start a business relationship.)
I let the guy know right off the bat that it was my first press release.
He sent me a link and told me I needed to read the requirements and resubmit. The first item that he listed for correction was needing a headline, which my submission VERY clearly had right at the top, in bold. Despite asking multiple times, I was never given clarification regarding this request. He would just copy/paste from their FAQ page, and all requirements mentioned there were met.
He also stated that my quotes needed to be in the body of the release. They were at the top of the body, so I asked for clarification explaining that I've written articles and such, and basically anything not the headline was the body, so asking if I was missing something. He sent me a long email about how other writing wasn't relevant (I never said it was, just explained my confusion), and again just copied/pasted from his site, which still wasn't clear why the quotes couldn't be featured. Apparently, he wanted them mixed into the body, which I was only able to figure out by scrolling through examples on their site (a ridiculous waste of time).
Every email was smart-assed. Every email was "just read the site", despite me asking for clarification on what I found there.
By the way, he could have just offered to upgrade me, make more money, and write the darn thing, and I would have done it (they offer that service), but he never did! Not once!
We went back and forth and he ignored half of my questions, and just copy/pasted the rest of the time.
Despite me telling him I was reading the site, he accused me several times of just "not being willing to look at the site", which I did several times (while trying to do 50 other things).
When I called him out on being rude (never being rude or insulting myself), and gave him an opportunity to apologize and keep my business, he sent back a snooty "sorry our service didn't work out for you" email (one of those, I'm pretending to be nice while being a total jerk things) and refunded me. So I guess making money just isn't important to him.
To save this situation, all he had to do was send this the FIRST time:
It seems like you're really swamped, and I know this is all new to you. How about I upgrade you and handle these changes myself?
WIN-WIN! He would have made more money and had a repeat customer!
Instead, rudeness and laziness.
I would never recommend doing business with this company. They have no idea how to handle clients, or grow their profit!

**What problems is Send2Press solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No benefits. They don't like working and are rude.
