There are many limitations based on user level. We were not aware of this aspect when choosing our plan. We upgraded from the previous Core plan to the Enterprise plan to support broader tool usage and provide more autonomy to our local markets. However, in the end, project setup and management were only available through the two paid users included in our plan, which meant I had to handle most of the work myself due to this limitation. It can feel overwhelming at first - the interface is dense, and finding the right tool takes time. Adding and managing accounts/seats and permissions is more complex than in Semrush Core. Many advanced features run on credits, so heavier use brings extra costs and credit management overhead. Some modules (e.g., AEO/Answer Engine Optimisation) are paid add‑ons rather than included. What I like best about Semrush Enterprise is that it gives a reliable, big-picture view of how things are performing without making you dig too much. The competitor insights, keyword tracking, and trend data are especially useful for direction-setting, they may not always be perfectly precise, but they’re consistent enough to guide decisions confidently. It’s also fairly easy to navigate once you get used to it, and pulling data for reports or quick checks doesn’t feel like a task. What I dislike about Semrush Enterprise is fairly minor and mostly comes down to areas where it could get even better. At times, some metrics feel more directional than exact, so for high-stakes decisions I still like to cross-check with other sources. A few sections of the interface can also feel a bit dense when you’re trying to find something quickly. That said, none of this really gets in the way of day-to-day use, it’s still a dependable platform, and with a bit more polish in accuracy and navigation, it could easily move from very good to excellent. The Content Optimization tool can be difficult to use without having already published the page. Plus, the Gap Analysis tool is often unusable, returning far too few keywords, if any at all. Enterprise in general isn't helpful for keyword research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the number of different features and reports that you have access to. I like the automated reports that make our analysis job easier. The fact that almost all graphics and charts are easily added to the reports section is very useful as well. The GSC and Google Ads integration is easy as well. I'm a bit disappointed by the daily Keyword Rankings feature. Often I need to check via other tools or in real time what the "real" SERP data is and often I see different data. It's a shame because on paper the feature is super useful with an extract of the SERP on the day to see how it looked like. Sometimes the support is not that helpful but that also depends on your POW.

Sometimes we have bugs or lapses in terms of data.

One thing I’ve disliked about SEMRush Enterprise is that, while the information is very robust, I sometimes end up with analysis paralysis.
