Fairely intuative UI and very prompt support when assistance is needed. Reporting is easy to look at for daily reports as well as additional alerting where needed. **What do you dislike about Semperis Directory Services Protector?** There has been latency on actual restores in the past and we are looking forward to testing the improved funcitonality of the feature. **What problems is Semperis Directory Services Protector solving and how is that benefiting you?** Protection agaisnt malicious actors make changes and messed up feeds from HR. Additional secuirty posturing and protection is nice. ### 2. Also setting exceptions for IOCs requires manual editing of files instead of being able set them through the console. **What problems is Semperis Directory Services Protector solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has greatly streamlined the process of auditing changes to accounts and groups in our environment.
