**What do you like best about Semper?**

Semper is very Useful. Their switchboard is very efficient, you dont wait long to get connected to their very friendly and helpful team, the likes of Zizipho who really goes out of the way to resolve anything that you require help with every time you call for assistance. With an additional of Any desk, semper makes communication very easy and accurate as you can work on the same screen at the same time.

**What do you dislike about Semper?**

nothing really, the fact that they have an after hours contact makes it more reliable for service providers like us who require their services at night, over the weekends and even on public holiday.

**What problems is Semper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. integration of of property listing to online sites like booking.com, Airbnb and more.
2. Generation of operational reports, like revenue and daily occupancy reports
3. Revenue forecast
4.Allocation of retain credits

Semper is user friendly, The support is always very quick to respond.

The system can be slow at times and we need to contact support.

Using semper sytem makes it very easy to manage our reservations.

Intergrations with the online channels made everthing easy.

user friendly, easy to learn and the consulter are very friendly

nothing, the system is so easy, and you can phone anytime

rates I did not know how to input the STO rates on the system

**What do you like best about Semper?**

The software is easy to understand. A lot of things are self-explanatory, so you do not need to be technology savy to use to the software.

**What do you dislike about Semper?**

Whenever the program has an update, it brings about problems with the software. Things that you would be able to access prior to the update become diffult to use. The update also issues out inaccurate reports. Tried contacting customer service and I was not able to recieve any help, just recieved attitude.

**What problems is Semper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our agency is not a hotel but we deal with property management; Renting and leasing homes. The software was acquired to help manage rent payments recieved and generate reports to improve financial management. The pricing of the software was the initial reason to using the program.

**What do you like best about Semper?**

The Semper Web based version is excellent and more appealling. The visual display or resolution is nice. Its easy to use to send reservations or booking details. Customer support is always ready to assist. It has plenty features or tools to aid decision making. I use Semper daily and its easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Semper?**

The down side is that its largely dependent on a stable internet connection, if the internet connection is poor its frustrating to use. Also moving a booking is a bit difficult.
Key cutting system integration is a problem.

**What problems is Semper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives a pictorial or graphical breakdown of work to be done and this makes it easy to delegate work and monitor or check on progress.
Its easy to generate  managerial or financial reports.

As it stands I have never encounter any downsides about Semper.

Reception answering the phone and not saying they reception.  I assume it is Support :(  and they would like me to explain my problem
