## About Selmo
Selmo is a live commerce and social selling system that helps sellers manage sales conducted through LIVE, posts and direct messages on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, as well as through its own mobile app, Selmo, used by over a million buyers. During a LIVE or post, customers place orders simply by writing a keyword or product code in a comment. Selmo automatically detects these comments, creates the order, and adds the product to the customer's cart – if a product is sold out, the customer is automatically added to a waitlist instead. This removes the need for sellers to manually track orders in comments during high-traffic LIVEs. As soon as an order is placed, Selmo sends the customer a Messenger summary of their cart, and the customer can complete their shipping details, choose a delivery method and pay online (e.g. by using BLIK or card payment) right away, without waiting for the LIVE to end. Selmo also generates courier labels and invoices automatically, reducing manual work for sellers and speeding up order fulfillment. Selmo integrates with popular e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce and Base, so orders from LIVE and video sales flow directly into the seller's existing store, keeping inventory and sales data in sync across every channel. For growing businesses, Selmo Pro adds further automation through "Pan Automacik" (managing reservation lists, payment reminders and abandoned-order recovery), simultaneous LIVE on Facebook and the Selmo app, a product-code overlay for LIVE, TikTok selling, targeted Facebook ad campaigns through Selmo Marketing, QR-code-based warehouse management with wave packing, an AI assistant that answers repetitive customer questions, role-based employee accounts, sales reporting, and customer segmentation.
