It's nearly impossible to get a clear answer from their support team. Every time I reach out, I’m met with vague responses, unhelpful advice, and a lack of accountability. A day ago I emailed to support for the first time and got a response the same day. Mainly, I was sourcing products from Ali express, but my central pain working with Ali express was shipping time. It’s freaking me out. I m happy to find Sellvia! They provide 3-4 days shipping time for all their products, and it’s a huge advantage for me **What do you dislike about Sellvia?** As I said before, I have three online stores. Two of them on WooCommerce and one on Shopify. As I know, Sellvia supports only Woo stores for now, so I'm looking forward the team extend Sellvia for Shopify too because it would be an excellent opportunity for Shopify sellers **What problems is Sellvia solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Sellvia for sourcing and selling products from my store. The main benefit for me is shipping time and rates. They ship in 3-4 days across the US (the longest time was six days, but due to issues on the customer end). And one more advantage is how they provide products in the catalog for sourcing. All products go with visuals and descriptions, which I should hardly edit.
