Anchanto as marketplace aggregator is making our life easier as we only need to manage one integration to Anchanto, and all orders within multiple platform is coming from Anchanto only. What do you like best about Anchanto Order Management?

The best thing that I found from Anchanto OMS is their abilities to synchronize listed products that are already existing in marketplaces without the hassle to recreate the product catalog / listingbefore synchronization happens, as I knew other similar softwares will require recreation of product listing / catalog in the platform itself before synchronization can actually happen. This is very useful when your product listings are done directly in the marketplaces instead at Anchanto. Also Anchanto has integration to most marketplaces in SEA which can easily help brands to jump onboard and start selling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anchanto Order Management?

They have integration to most commonly used marketplaces in SEA but still missing some key ones in JP and KR. But I heard work is undergoing to integrate with major players in JP and KR. Hope to see that I can find their names Anchanto list soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Anchanto Order Management?

What I like the most are:

- fast integration with marketplaces.

- real-time order collection from all the sales channels

- 100% accurate inventory management

What do you dislike about Anchanto Order Management?

I don't really have any dislikes. However, I think there are some improvements that can be made. It does have a lot of marketplaces and couriers already integrated, but more can be added on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Anchanto Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have more than 10 sales channels that I need to manage orders. Anchanto makes it so that I can collect all the orders from all the sales channels at once to Anchanto OMS. This is really helpful. What do you like best about Anchanto Order Management?

By using Selluseller, Zinus can instantly sync our stock level to many online marketplaces. This is exceptionally important during Mega Campaign planning, in which we can view our inventory status to determine whether it has been sold out. If it has been sold out, we can react quickly for other planned flash sales/ campaigns. We are also able to list new products faster than doing it on individual platforms. What do you dislike about Anchanto Order Management?

There are still some bugs on the app from time to time, but the response from the support team in SelluSeller and our account manager, Saidatul Akmal is swift, and they can provide us with assistance we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
