Sometimes it can be a bit "wonky" because it doesn't always give me the feedback I'm looking for from my sales calls and I would love to have it connect directly to my CRM, but that option is not available.

Any downsides I encountered initially have been rectified by the team, For example, initially the AI could only be used for one type of call but now they have expanded to include all of out call types, and their AI has even been trained to mimic our customers. SMTP allows me to role play on cold calls without using a real person. I'm a introvert and I hate cold calling. Thus using this system I don't really need to burn through my list of prospects.
