My experience using SellMeThisPen has been pleasant. User friendly, easy to navigate. I like the fact that i can write my own playbook! Even though i haven't make use of writing a difference playbook yet, the fact that i can open a whole road of possibility for me. I would recommend SellMeThisPen to others, and if so, and the big reason behind it is because selling has been one of the toughes challenge i have because of the fear of rejection. Yes, I could do this with other AI tools, but I can stay focused and get some good feedback this this specific tool. I was excited that I got a 93% on my first roll play. As a novice with the tool. I now need to do it more faithfully. Overall, the product is easy to use. I do like how it integrates with my Zoom Workplace. Any downsides I encountered initially have been rectified by the team, For example, initially the AI could only be used for one type of call but now they have expanded to include all of out call types, and their AI has even been trained to mimic our customers. Time Savings: • Managerial Efficiency: Prior to implementing SMTP, our sales leadership team was responsible for conducting role-play calls with trainees, which was time-consuming. Since integrating SMTP for AI role-play calls, we have saved over 1000 hours of manager time per training group. This significant time savings has allowed our managers to focus on other critical tasks and strategic initiatives. 2. Scalability: • Increased Class Sizes: With the efficiency of SMTP, we have been able to increase our training class sizes from 10 to over 40 participants. SMTP allows me to role play on cold calls without using a real person. I'm a introvert and I hate cold calling. Thus using this system I don't really need to burn through my list of prospects. I also like how the system is laid out. It is not overly complicated like some other tools to get started. You just start doing role playing calls and that is. What I would like is that I can upload a list of objections for my industry and SMTP can give me suggestions or tips on how to handle it. I would also like to have SMTP integrate my CRM which is Gohighlevel. Gohighlevel has a powerdialer which I place my cold calls with. We don't use Hubspot and Salesforce. We read all these books about sales that give us good information on how to be better but usually, we get to practice with real customers, where making mistakes while we learn can affect our results. With SMTP you don't have to worry about that. Prepare yourself to be amazed at the level of detail and precision this tool covers. Put yourself to the test and become better with each new scenario presented to you. I honestly thought I had everything under control with my speech and way of approaching each customer, but SMTP showed me there are many things we can improve. That's the first time I ever encountered something like this, and something I really can tell is how much I've learned during the training process, to deal with my anxiety and be prepared for real customers! The experience has been lovely so far, I'm still using it and will still do, it is great for feedback with live sessions with customers too! I would recommend it to anyone willing to learn more every day and be prepared to deal with real-life situations, objections, and difficulties that we encounter daily at work. The customers are easy if you compare them to the AI, and that's a good thing! It made my approach way better and prepared! I did already encounter some objections with real situations with my customers, although the SMTP gave me such understanding and preparation, that I was able to deal with the situation as I've been in the company for years, and I'm only 1 month old. Honestly, having the AI prepared with so many objections (really hard ones), as mentioned before, made the customer seem easy while handling them. It made my confidence go up a lot, way different than other AIs out there! If you are scared, if you fear from hard customers and have confidence in talking, or if you just like feedback time to time regarding how are you doing, I would recommend on close eyes. Being able to deal with daily real situations, like a pro, without having the heart jumping out of my chest with anxiety and fear of what the customer would say next, it's the whole goal for me. I do appreciate all the support along the way, being able to handle so many types of objections, especially on hardcore mode, makes me sound like I'm already years at the company. My anxiety lowered a lot, and I feel confident about what I am talking about. It is also awesome for memory purposes, on daily practice, you are able to keep a lot inside your HD (brain), and that helps us daily, being lean and without having much back and forth with customers to search for some answer, that you know already!
