The software has really helped me expand my market. I have found so many international leads too. It does not restrict me to connect to the international leads considering my location. So, location isn't a barrier while you are a talent ticker user. Companies aren't confined to any specific market, they can spread their business in any market anywhere in the world. The contact details are not the most up to date; as a recruiter I would rather have no contact details than contacts that I have to discover for myself are not updated for 6 months or so.

The current format CSV files are released from Talent ticker are not great and could do with a fair bit of work in order to seamlessly integrate with other platforms ( job adder and Sourcehwlae in this case) Sourcewhale in particular has massive difficulty reading the CSV files as they are and it would be great if there could be some work done to this by the research team sooner rather than later. How easy it is to navigate. Easy to plug in details and specific search, which allows me to tailor my requirements when searching for new businesses to target and candidates to approach. I love the fact it gives me on the pulse news regarding funding, partnerships and C-Suite moves which allows me to tailor my emails/calls to become more knowledgeable about the organisation. I use this for Talent Sourcing. I use their predictive filters, allowing me to show passive talent who are more likely to be open to new opportunities, which means my conversion ratios on finding new talent have gone up dramatically. I am placing more candidates as a result!!! :)

I recently downloaded the talent ticker app and got to know that users can make calls directly on the go via the app. This really eases up my target and hence I m able to focus on other tasks too. Talent ticker has this feature of sending you your latest leads via email every day. You can view your leads there and this helps the user to connect to the right people.
