Messaging has become time saving after talent ticker as one can setup their own templates. This feature makes it easier for you to reuse your earlier sent messages which is why you don’t need to type your messages again and again. You can find your saved templates in the Messaging Setup tool. I would give a 5 star rating merely because of this as my job requires me to send atleast 40 messages in a day.
