It has helped me get to clients and candidates that I otherwise wouldn't have had access to. One standout upside of Talent Ticker has got to be how much of a time-saving tool it is. It allows me to be more productive and get more tasks done on a daily basis due to the time it has saved me, which in short has allowed me to have more conversations with clients and candidates, some of which I'd of never known existed. Finn has been absolutely class in the onboarding process with ourselves. He's allowed us to get up to speed in a short space of time, showing us the different qualities that this platform holds, which we've all started to use on a daily basis. I would have to say the integration within our CRM system. It's a slightly longer process to try and add certain candidates and clients to our system, but I do know that we're working alongside the people involved to try and make the process shorter and more efficient! We were looking for a BD platform and Talent Ticker seems to be one of the best options on the market. The amount of data & news that they provide is astonishing. In addition the onboarding team (shoutout to Finn & Sophie) was very friendly and helpful and would respond promptly whenever we had any issues or questions about the product. With the tremendous amount of data comes a downside that some of it is not as accurate, but that is not a big issue compared to the amounts of information that can be obtained from Talent Ticker.
