The amount of data & news that they provide is astonishing. In addition the onboarding team (shoutout to Finn & Sophie) was very friendly and helpful and would respond promptly whenever we had any issues or questions about the product. **What do you dislike about Selligence?** With the tremendous amount of data comes a downside that some of it is not as accurate, but that is not a big issue compared to the amounts of information that can be obtained from Talent Ticker. The onboarding process can be a bit difficult as the platform still has some rough edges, but overall I am very satisfied with the product. **What problems is Selligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Business Development ### 2. Information and analytics that TT provides are relevant and recent, which makes this an excellent tool for competitive analysis and prospecting for warm leads. Understanding changes in recruitment trends is vital; their strategic insights on retrenchment, as well as recruitment, certainly gives us a that edge. **What do you dislike about Selligence?** It may take a bit of time to acquaint yourself with the interface and to really take command of all features and functionality. **What problems is Selligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** . ### 6. The current format CSV files are released from Talent ticker are not great and could do with a fair bit of work in order to seamlessly integrate with other platforms ( job adder and Sourcehwlae in this case) Sourcewhale in particular has massive difficulty reading the CSV files as they are and it would be great if there could be some work done to this by the research team sooner rather than later. **What problems is Selligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** for sourcing vacancies and identifying targets is great. ### 7.
