Used to work well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sellics? Terrible, Terrible, Terrible customer service! Having used Sellics for many years, we took a small break and when we resubscribed to Sellics some features weren't working correctly, most notably the profit calculator tool which hadn't tracked historic data correctly. Having spent weeks contacting customer services was very slow coming back to us on why this data wasn't available and we wasted a month's subscription trying to fix the tool - absolute waste of time and it still doesn't work! Sellics support refused to refund us, which is shocking as the product didn't work as described, we feel significantly misled and would not have subscribed if we knew the tools didn't work as before, they should have told us if these features weren't available when we re-subscribed - absolute shocking, misleading, money-grabbing service from a company that puts profit before helping loyal customers.
