SellerEcom automates Amazon's own "Request a Review" button. Instead of opening every order in Seller Central and clicking the button by hand, SellerEcom does it for you on every eligible order, across every marketplace you sell in. How it works 1. Connect your seller account through Amazon's secure authorization in Seller Central. We never see your password. 2. SellerEcom imports your last 30 days of orders and sends a request for each order that is already eligible. 3. Every hour after that, it finds new eligible orders and sends the request at the delay you choose, inside Amazon's 5–30 day window after delivery. Built on the Solicitations API SellerEcom uses the Selling Partner API Solicitations operation, the same action as the "Request a Review" button. Amazon writes and sends the email in the buyer's language, so there are no custom messages, no incentives and no template to manage. Accurate by design Before every send, SellerEcom checks with Amazon that the order is eligible. Each order gets exactly one request, never two. Cancelled and returned orders are skipped, and if you already requested a review manually, Amazon reports the order as ineligible and SellerEcom skips it. Saves hours every month A manual request takes about 45 seconds per order. At 1,000 orders a month that is roughly 12.5 hours of clicking. SellerEcom reduces that to zero, and no order is forgotten during busy weeks, weekends or holidays. One dashboard for all marketplaces See every request with its date and status, track scheduled and skipped orders, and filter by FBA or FBM, across North America, Europe, the Middle East, India and Asia Pacific. Privacy first SellerEcom reads only order data such as order ID, dates, status and fulfillment channel. It never requests buyer names, emails, phone numbers or addresses. Access tokens are stored encrypted, all traffic uses HTTPS, and your order data is deleted when you disconnect. You can revoke access at any time in Seller Central under Manage Your Apps. Start on the free plan, with no credit card required, and upgrade when your order volume grows.
