It is all about people. It has been great to see how fast they are able to adapt all the new things and also innovative propose new ways of doing things.

So far there are no specific things that I can point what I would not like. I really enjoy working with them.

Try them out, it is worth doing it. They are focusing to complex solutions and large enterprise customers and you will notice pretty quickly that they are worth working with. They are like your own team, that is the whole idea. Thank you Sellerate!

**What problems is Sellerate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We offer our solution to large enterprises, and it is very difficult to find the right people from their organization and even more difficult to be able to arrange a meeting with them. Sellerate has a great team and capability to simplify this process and shortcut the process big time. I could not imagine us being able to do all this in such an efficient way. It has really helped us to be able to focus to things what matters to us most, closing deals.

We were assigned an amazing team from Sellerate to help with our outreach before events, as well as cold accounts we'd like to reconnect with or make new connections with. They took the time to understand our business, our prospects and our customers challenges. They even held sessions to brainstorm new ways to write to our target accounts based on the latest materials we have and industry news. Our marketing campaigns have been very successful with their support!

The Sellerate team is extremely collaborative and responsive, but most importantly they are open to feedback. If we want to pivot our own initiatives, they are agile and able to work with us on the new direction.

Nothing to mention at this time. We have been very happy with Sellerate and work with them for multiple inititiatives throughout our organization.

**What problems is Sellerate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our nimble business development team does not have the time, resources, or skillset to expand our contacts and relationships, as we are focused on existing programs. Sellerate helps our team develop new partner contacts that are very senior in our target organizations, and their roles and responsibilities nearly always align exactly with our security solutions. There is a lot of heavy lifting that needs to be done to search for and establish contact with these new individuals, and Sellerate takes that work off our shoulders.

Nothing so far, they have been great to work with. There can sometimes be some challenges with integrating their team with in house bdr resources but that's not really their fault, just the nature of it

We're an early stage start-up and learning that sales is both an art and a science. The science part is where we were, as first time founders, completely in the dark. Sellerate helped set up our process holistically - all the way from email outbound to message crafting to augmenting our brand awareness on Linkedin.

We successfully engaged with Sellerate who helped ensure our marketing events were well attended and lead gen was followed up and moved to opportunities. They juggled multiple regional and virtual events, and registered the right personas for each event (CISOs - Senior Directors). Post-event our (Sellerate) SDRs helped with follow-ups and further top of the funnel qualification. In doing so, they significantly contributed towards our pipeline building activities. 

Another benefit of working with the Sellerate team was that they are customer obsessed. We enjoyed their professionalism, speedy communication,  and focus on cutomer service.

N/A, nothing comes to mind - Sellerate delivered on their promises, on time and on budget.

Already mentioned it in the previous comments but Sellerate helped us drive event registrations and post-event qualifications. To do this successfully, they are very skilled at analysing the market, identifying the right accounts and contacts, and engaging on a 1-1 level in a very bespoke and organised way.

The tool set quickly helped collate target personas and then monitor thier activity against capmpaigns.

The also worled directly to secure meetings with the customers and hand a warm contact and/or opportunity over to me.

You can't always match the right SDR witht he right Account manager, so we had to do some moving but thats life and is typical with most in-house SDR teams in my experience.

For the territory I was working, we were not getting to the stakeholders to move the business on. Our existing relationships were oftern blocking our attempts to move upwards and outwards.  Sellerate were able to use thier tooling to identify the right personas and build targeted plans to approach them. This lead to a number of successful meetings with high profile problem & budget owners, which helped build our top of funnel for opportunities.

From the moment you engage them, the team at Sellerate invest themselves in learning your business, understanding your key objectives, and then utilizing their proven framework to help achieve your goals.

Communicating with there team is a joy!  Any question or anxiety I had, addressed before I even raised it.  Now that’s real experience talking!  Moving forward I will always look to partner with them in my own enterprise or when consulting for another client.  I can trust them to tell me when my approach or attitude is incorrect, and guide me to the right path.

This isn't a dislike, but I hope provides clarification and guidance to a prospective client.  Sellerate is focused on developing B2B so if you're a B2C businesses they may not be a fit for you.

1000’s of sales reps wave shiny, promising, and innovative lead generation strategies to hook you. Then having already been burned, and desperate to find a solution, you give this next one a try.  Lo and behold… the results are underwhelming.

The team is extremely knowlegeable and could quickly scale up to align with new campaigns, growth programs, or partnering with sales reps. They were always very responsive and contributed to pipeline targets and revenue bookings.

There was nothing specific I disliked. I considered Sellerate as a member of my team.  Over a seven year period at both Zingal and Folloze I invested a lot of time with Sellerate to fine-tune our programs, operations, and metrics. This was time well-spent. As such, it was always important to provide timely and constructure feedback to ensure that Sellerate was aligned with the broader revenue team and set up for success.

**Recommendations to others considering Sellerate:**

Sellerate is not a spray-and-pray, appointment or meeting-setting service. Make sure you are planning to leverage Sellerate as part of an ABM/ABX program or focused account-engagement growth strategy.

I worked with Sellerate over the past 7 years when I led the marketing function at Zignal and Folloze, At both companies, Sellerate was a strategic partner and played a vital role as we implemented a focused account-based marketing strategy as our dominant GTM motion. Sellerate served as an extension of our revenue team to engage and build awareness and trust across our top-tier, large-enterprise accounts. 

The Sellerate team delivered results: Over a two year period at both companies, they helped grow revenue 300% with a 500% boost in pipeline, 250% growth in ARR deal size, and 5x growth in buyer group engagement. Sellerate provided us a vendor SDR team but their guys took the challenge more seriously than our own people. I can say that the work culture, the tools, the tactics, the constant learning, adapting and the drive to reach the goals are something that make their service outstanding. And as you have some time for your SDRs, you will find out that they are remarkable people to talk to.

Integrating our internal team with their vendor team was quite challenging at the beginning, but that was the first time for them as well. After rearranging our team structure and comm channels, cooperation started flourishing.

If you understand lead gen, or have no idea what is it about - you will be amazed by their working style and output.

**What problems is Sellerate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Winning the FIFA World Cup with your SDR team? Finding new business in 2022 was almost the same challenge as the IT project numbers dropped significantly. Our cooperation with Sellerate started some years earlier and still operates smoothly. 
We've been expecting a steady number of meetings booked for our sales managers with the preferred buyer personas and what we see is constant performance and growth. The Sellerate team processes the materials you offer them, creates a strong SDR strategy, builds up the KPIs and performs - this is how they constantly deliver us leads we are looking for.

We were referred to Mariano and the Sellerate team by a senior GTM leader in our investor network. Within a week after meeting Mariano, we were on-contract and the Sellerate team was delivering immediate results. Sellerate has completely changed our perpsective on outsourced lead generation. The team is unbelievably sharp, kind/optimistic, insatiably curiously, and aligned to our company mission. They are a truly unique partner in that they have become deeply embedded in our business and are a core part of our team. They care deeply about our people, our customers, and the outcomes we're working to enable. The team is communicating with us late at night, over the weekend, at all hours with unique strategy considerations that are well outside of basic "lead generation". **What do you like best about Sellerate?**

They dive deep into the knowledge of your product. This is particularly important in niche markets and in highly technical sales.  The also kept an impressive and well organized library of the sales collateral when using them previously.  Now, as we start a fledgling business, they have been instrumental in helping us break out of stealth mode and into sales mode!

No downsides come to mind.  They've been a solid team throughout the years.

The more you educate them about your product, what types of customers and deals that you're looking for, the more they can work to generate the right leads.  I mention lead generation a lot in my review, but they put a lot of prework and profiling of target companies (customers) prior to launching the campaign.  My primary roles when working with Sellerate has been as a Sales Director, and now a CEO.

I worked with Sellerate for a few years at my previous work, and they were incredible at getting meetings with people that I could not get a response from.  I'm now working with them again with my new business, and they are as phenomenal as I remember!

N/A - Hiring Sellerate for our sales team was probably the best decision we made in 2023.

We used Sellerate in a very experimental way, rather than pointing their SDRs at our direct ICP. I would have prefered we use them on a more directly viable group of prospects to have better success from a meetings set perspective.

**What do you like best about Sellerate?**

Incorporating their best practices along with our own helps improve  BDR performance. Relying on them to find the right team members so I don't have to helps a great deal.

**What do you dislike about Sellerate?**

There is nothing I dislike.  Perhaps a deeper vetting of a new BDR could be done prior to assigning them to my team but overall I'm very satisfied with the team I currently have.

If you are wanting best of breed in ADRs/BDRs go to Sellerate

**What problems is Sellerate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sellerate has given us exceptional BDRs/SDRs to manage inbound and outbound motions.  Their understanding of the product,  exceptional writing skills and overall outreach to prospects to get meetings for their AEs is spot on.

Great culture with a can do attitude and the ability to converse in multiple languages - English, Spanish, French, German, Polish, Italian, Japanese etc...
was very easy to integrate the sellerate team in to our SFDC funnel management term.
They  delivered 150% on initial partnership meetings vs our targets.
