**What do you like best about SellDo?**

Sell.Do is a ready-to-use CRM specifically designed for the real estate industry. It comes fully equipped with all the essential integrations, which eliminates the need for any external implementation partner. The platform clearly reflects a deep understanding of real estate business processes, making it extremely relevant and practical from day one. What stands out the most is its low licensing cost, fast performance, and how quickly teams can get started without heavy setup or customization. It’s efficient, cost-effective, and truly built with real estate in mind.

**What do you dislike about SellDo?**

While Sell.Do is a solid solution for small to mid-sized real estate companies, it does have some limitations—especially when it comes to customization. In certain scenarios, it may not fully align with specific business requirements or evolving operational workflows. Additionally, the platform is highly dependent on Sell.Do’s internal support team for any changes or issue resolution, which can slow things down at times. Greater flexibility and more self-service options would significantly improve the overall experience.

Sell.Do was our first CRM implementation, and it played a critical role in streamlining our entire customer journey—from lead generation to lead nurturing, site visits, and ultimately, bookings. Prior to using Sell.Do, we were managing leads and customer interactions manually, which often led to delays, missed follow-ups, and a lack of visibility into the sales pipeline.

Sell.Do helped us centralize all leads from multiple sources—digital campaigns, offline walk-ins, channel partners—into one unified platform. The software is really simple, user friendly and doesnt need much efforts to increase your sales productivity. It is easy to implement. Customer support is real quick with solutions. We use it daily. The Pre Integration modules are already set, nothing to worry about it.

When it comes to major customisation, it will lack somewhere. But if you are a micro, small or medium enterprise, nothing to worry about it.

We are using the sell.do on daily basis, Support is also good, implimentation of sell.do and integration parth is also good. User friendly easy to use.
