Sellatrix is an AI Sales Operating System that automates WhatsApp sales conversations through a deterministic pipeline — not a freeform chatbot. Every inbound message runs through a fixed 19-step sequence: intent classification, live catalog lookup, conversational slot collection, order or booking placement, and human handoff when needed. Product data comes from your database, never from LLM memory — eliminating hallucinated prices and availability errors. Key capabilities: • WhatsApp, Twilio, Telegram, and Web Widget — one engine • In-chat order and booking placement with confirmation gates • Human handoff with full in-dashboard messaging • Broadcast campaigns to your contact list • Multi-tenant: each branch has its own tone, language, and LLM • Bring your own OpenAI, Gemini, or Groq API key • 8 supported industries: retail, food, services, real estate, automotive, beauty, travel, and education • Bilingual Arabic/English, built for the Gulf market Sellatrix is not a chatbot builder. It is a sales execution engine — every customer message ends with a product shown, an order placed, or a handoff triggered.
