It connects employees with a network of more than 700 specialists (psychologists, psychiatrists, coaches, nutritionists and financial wellness advisors) through a simple web and mobile experience, while giving HR teams real-time, anonymized data to manage wellbeing strategically. Employees find the right specialist in minutes through a free 15-minute orientation call, a matching test or a searchable directory, and 8 out of 10 employees have their first session in less than a week. Every psychologist holds a master's degree or specialization in clinical psychology, and Selia is rated 4.9 out of 5 across more than 110,000 session ratings. Unlike per-employee subscriptions, Selia works on a pay-per-use model: companies load a prepaid balance, set caps and per-person session limits, and pay only for the sessions their people actually use.
