It runs on ordinary Android tablets, and the whole catalogue and every customer live on the tablet, so reps take orders with no signal and send them at the next sync. The price is published and everything is in it: one price per tablet, monthly or yearly, every feature included, no setup fee, no add-on modules and no long contract. Businesses can be taking orders the same day. There is no implementation project and no middleware: nothing to install on your server, and no second system to log in to. It reads the CSV, JSON or XML files your ERP or accounts system already exports, from your own SFTP or FTP server or a shared folder, and sends orders back the same way or to your Google Drive. Or it works on its own, with products and customers entered by hand. Your catalogue, customers and orders never pass through us, and the tablets keep working for 30 days without contacting us at all. Pricing works the way trade pricing really does: a price list per customer, quantity breaks, minimum quantities and pack multiples, and sale prices and promotions between dates or for chosen customers. Tax is worked out on every line from each product's tax code, with zero-rating for customers abroad who have a VAT or EORI number on file. Delivery charges and the arrival date are worked out at checkout, credit limits are checked before an order is placed, and the customer signs on the screen. Products can be found by search, category or barcode, scanned with the tablet's camera or a Bluetooth scanner. At a trade show it needs no Wi-Fi. New customers can be added on the stand, with their VAT number, and their orders taken and signed before they leave. Each rep signs in with their own PIN, so every order shows who took it, order numbers never clash between tablets, and an administrator can lock settings for every tablet.
