Selekt Retail OS gives store teams a shared memory of every client. Advisors open one profile with purchase history across stores and e-commerce, sizes, preferences and reserved items, then see who to contact next. An AI copilot suggests a first draft of each message, and the advisor stays in control of what is sent. Managers track follow-ups by advisor and by store. Headquarters measures clienteling where it matters: the revenue it influenced, store by store, reconciled with POS data. Built for luxury, jewelry and fashion brands running two boutiques or more.
