**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Access to all the sales material, collateral, comparison charts, product specifications sheets (and more) in a structured environment helps sales (and marketing) people produce better results in any given scenario.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

The search feature works well but there could be room for improvement. For instance, having more filters and even related searches suggested would help narrow down the results to more relevant information for us users.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suppose, for example, we stumble upon a client segment that we do not frequently deal with (as an agency), for example, a "real estate broker". In that case, I can run a quick search in seismic to find all the appropriate visual aid and industry-specific intel to better position the SaaS solution we provide versus other alternatives. Seismic is provided by the SaaS company we work with and it is filled with everything they have to help us sell better.

The biggest value I see from Seismic is providing the sales teams easy access to everything they need to perform their job quickly and efficiently, when and where they need it, and having it be compliant and measurable. Not only in terms of content but tools and functionality as well.

There are times when Seismic moves a little too fast in terms of bringing on new functionality and experiences before ensuring existing functionality is working properly.

Seismic is helping us build a stronger, more efficient sales team by being able to provide our clients and prospects the information they need quickly and efficiently in a way they can easily ingest it.

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

We evaluated Seismic against Highspot. Challenges we were trying to solve include:

- Create a centralized source of truth for all our GTM content and training assets
- Develop a governance model with fine-tuned content approval workflows
- Provide an all-in-one LMS / CMS solution
- Enable the sharing of external assets directly with prospects and customers
- Collect analytics on the efficacy of our marketing assets
- Provide users with a simple, yet functional LMS for new hire onboarding and upskilling

Seismic rose above and beyond Highspot in every single category of our success criteria. We ran a POC with a group of reps and stakeholders -- they voted unanimously to choose Seismic. On average, they rated Seismic 22% more adoptable than Highspot.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Business users should be able to submit content for publishing from their Workspace. In a startup of our size, content creators are not always team managers. Often, they are subject matter experts who happen to be individual contributors such as sales reps, SEs, BDRs, etc. Currently, business users in Seismic cannot submit content for approval to publish. As a workaround, we can have them move their content to a synced Google Drive folder that routes to our library for publishing. However, this is not ideal because it takes the user out of Seismic to carry out a content workflow

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seismic provides a unified CMS / LMS platform across our GTM teams. It puts knowledge and content at our fingertips with an impressive semantic search that is taking us out of the dark ages of files getting lost in Google Drive.

Outstanding technology solutions.  Constantly updating features & functionality. Ease of use for both Admin and end-users.

With speed comes bugs so you have to be prepared to work though from time-to-time.  What is delivered however is worth it.  Service response times could improve but Seismic is diligently working on becoming best in class service provider.

Initially, we needed a single source of truth for our content management. Since implementation, we have over 95% adoption and have solved the issue of sellers being unable to find content.  Our focus now is improving customer engagement & seller efficiency & experience.

Seismic has consolidated all of our marketing information into a single location which is easy to search and the interface is quick to access, view, and download what I am looking for. I previously would not look for or have easy access to this information so I would simply not utilize it.

There can be an overhwleming amount of search and filter functions - I usually just focus on keyword searches as the filters can exclude information that you are looking for sometimes.

the tool has many features - mostly used by us to access multiple documents in one central location.  ease of access for sales collateral, content, whitepapers, spec sheets.

we implemented it for one use case and didn't realize the vast majority of of the features of the product.  we are just discovering now how much we can use it for other uses other than what we originally intended.  we didn't really follow the onboarding presented by seismic and i fee like we are on our own now that we have been using it for years which has been hard to figure out.

We are just using it to sync documents/templates within Salesforce.  There are so many other use cases that it can be used for, and we are just exploring them now.  we are just starting to use for inside sales to find the right content at the right stage of the sales process which is going to have impact on our pipeline this year.

It's curated content that I can use in emails, LinkedIn, presentations, proof points, and executive briefings. The tool is something I use each and every day in my role.

I wish we had a fulltime team that added content that included data points (actual numbers) in the content. We tend to speak in platitudes (save time, faster) but I need data (30% faster, saved 48% in the workflow).

it provides me with curated data for my clients. It is a much better use of my time than having to Google everything on the web. I like having all of the resources in one place.

I still believe that the search mechanism should be more accurate in what you are asking for. Sometimes the content retrieve is not what you are looking for. As we have the new analytics AI capabilities in the industry would be good to have something similar as ChatGPT.

You can organize the sales enablement content and find the content easily. Also, you can create a sharable structure and track who accessing it to see whether you have been shared had an excellent adoption.

Seismic keeps coming out with new and innovative enhancements to its solution. They listen to their customers, and make pivots based on feedback and requests. They are easy to work with, responsive, and feel like a true partner of ours.

Assistance with all of our purchased features shouldn't come with separate price tags. We've bought the solution; I wish that translated to buying the support and training, regardless of timing, when needed.

Search feature can filter down what I am looking for. Colorful and well laid out orientation. Able to track access to documents I share. Industry news included as well.

No integration/shared functionality with other company applications such as email, ERP, etc. I rarely find myself utilizing the tracking. No menu option to quickly find specific areas/topics I need. Limited feed for Industry news; only 1 option available, not able to add custom feed to my knowledge.

Tracking ability for any documents shared comes in really handy. In general, it is a great tool for sharing knowledge across an organization as well as with clients.

The search functionality could be improved. The technology for enabling search has come a long way but I think that is an area where some work could be done. Maybe it is an issue of tagging, then Seismic should prompt for tags when documents are being uploaded.

Knowledge sharing within the organization and tracking outreach to clients about relevant content/topics. It offers a seamless approach/platform for achieving both of those things.

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

There's so much to like about Seismic that it is hard to pick a "best" and they are constantly improving the platform features and functions. As a platform manager I like the content versioning, the ability to have a single piece of content that pulls into multiple areas based on dynamic blades, the robust search engine that supports filters and synonyms, the custom tagging, and the reporting insights on adoption and usage at an organization level all the way down to the individual person or asset - to name a few. As a user, being able to "Share" content with customers / prospects / other individuals and receive engagement metrics helps me better understand what works and doesn't work. And when I have questions, which is frequently, there is an active community, educational resources, and a Customer Success Manager I can turn to for answers. I also like that they really do listen to their customers' feedback (submitted via a strong advocacy group, advisory councils, and meetings with the CSMs) and implement the more frequently suggested ideas.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

As with any platform, there are always going to be the things that don't quite work the way we wish they did based on our company structure. For example, we have a lot of restrictions on who can view what content, and I wish that the platform supported a restrict IN vs a restrict OUT approach. Content can sometimes be slow to load. Also as they roll out new features / functions it can get a little buggy, but nothing that isn't manageable with a better platform as the end result.

Having a single source for content and functionality that help our sellers engage with customers/prospects has helped our sellers be more efficient and effective.

1) Sometimes, when I have to download the content, I can only do it by saving it to the workspace. This can be pretty time-consuming if I have to deal with multiple documents. 

2) Also, we must be very specific in our search about the kind of documents or slides we are looking for, as it throws all results related to a keyword.

I love using Seismic LiveSend since it allows me to effectively locate, evaluate, and circulate pertinent material aimed at individual people or grouped into a mail merge for the whole project. It is straightforward while saving loads of time that could go with other important tasks instead. I'm also able to deeply engage new customers and those who continue buying products - through personalized marketing activities without wasting energy on presales approaches such as POCs (Product Ownership Changes) and demonstrations. Having this kind of service available has become essential for managing partnerships efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

I appreciate the search feature and filtering by content type available in Seismic, but locating specific areas of information presented can be confusing despite organizational efforts. As a result, although it takes more time than I would like to drill down into results from multiple other sections during my daily searches, this tool helps me locate what I need quickly.

The problem that the Seismic assists with are providing people with knowledge quickly and efficiently. It enables users to access vital information immediately, send it via email, and save time for both parties involved. Additionally, utilizing statistics collected in the background allows the program to identify critical details that readers may have missed.

Single sign on. As we are not huge fans of the whole thing, the ease of logging on was good. The user experience was also improved by the widget-based profile design/interface.

I did not find the support helpful. Usually just a reference to the website which we had already referenced and if we talked to a person they often asked why we would want to do something like that. If it wasn't one of the standard use cases then no action was taken.

Sales executives were having a hard time finding documentation to learn about products or markets. They also had a hard time finding materials to send directly to the customer.

Seismic is a Sales Content management tool that also helps with automation and Buyer engagement. It gives very strategically insights into Buyer's interests and intents. The tools also help internal sales teams to collaborate on documents very easily. It integrates well with Salesforce and Salesloft and updates the data in one place as our single source of truth is Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

It's been a few months since we are using it so I don't have many cons to mention, we were facing many problems with the invitation to the internal team members. Some of them were unable to create an account and the problem was eventually resolved by the Seismic team itself. Sometimes it feels very slow to refresh or load from one page to another and I am sure this is not the internet issue. I also think the User Interface could be a little sharper.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seismic is a digital room that helps us to create a library of sales content in one place and helps us to collaborate, automate and use it as a Live send to the buyers to check their intent and interests. It literally tells us how much time the prospect spent on the collaterals and what are the interest areas where they spent most of their time. The Livesend feature is something that I loved really much. It is helping teams to prepare for the next meeting in advance as they have the right insights on the buyer's interests.
