It is intuitive in that I can input it as I would ask it and it understands (mostly). It also offers different options in case one of the several articles does not work. I also like that it can integrate into our company's messaging software, Slack. I like having as few applications open as possible when I am working as to not get too overwhelmed and stressed. Once Obie is done searching it is hard to search for additional information to learn further beyond the snippet it gives. I like the quick answers, but it is difficult to get in depth answers sometimes. It would also be very nice to be able to use simpler phrases to get the same results. I love that I can open Obie up in the extension while I work. If I receive an email asking for a document password or need to pull up a presentation I can simply click on the Obie extension, do my search and be instantly connected to what I am looking for. Obie is very helpful and it's difficult to even think about something I dislike! However, the only downside (sometimes) is when I do a search in the extension but put in an incorrect keyword. Its ease of use is something that stands out at all times, in fact, the ease with which you can create content, perform analysis and monitor the results is something quite impressive, these tasks have been helping us to improve a lot of tasks and processes within our company in a fairly simple way, their customer service is quite fast when responding to any questions or requests that may arise during the use of this application on our part, the fact that allows me automating and digitizing a large number of documents and processes in a fairly simple way also turns out to be very practical for us. To be honest I have no complaints about the use of this application, everything has seemed quite efficient and practical about its use, which for me turned out to be quite a surprise since I did not expect this type of efficiency about this application for bad experiences with similar applications. I like that I am able to have access to information that I need for work with a few keyboard strokes! I just type in the keywords and (not even full sentences) the information I need comes up! User-friendly search especially for a newbie like me who has a ton of information that I need to learn. Very useful for someone who also isn't great with organizing information. I personally would prefer that the search results will pop out as an overlay rather than showing on the same screen where I searched. Obie is very resourceful and has the ability to pull a lot of information without bugging a bunch of people and waiting for a response. I love the fact that I can go to Obie and ask a questions without having to bug my manager for an answer. It gives me the ability to be independent and search for my own answers to do my job without taking time away from anyone else.

forming the questions is sometimes difficult for me to do to get the right answers. I usually have a hard to articulating the exact questions I need to ask to get a specific answer to my question. Sometimes it provides multiple answers that don't even relate to one another
