SegnalaChi is a cloud whistleblowing platform by One AM (ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certified), compliant with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023 and EU Directive 2019/1937, for public bodies, companies with 50+ employees, Model 231 entities and groups. Reporters submit anonymous written or voice reports without registering: voices are altered and attachment metadata is stripped automatically. Handlers get a dashboard with the legal 7-day and 3-month deadlines, roles for admins, internal and external operators (e.g. the Supervisory Body), private notes, an exportable audit log and email alerts without report content. Custom domain and logo, policy documents and privacy notice, multi-company management, reporting page in Italian, English and German. Report data encrypted with XChaCha20-Poly1305, hosted in Italy (Aruba datacenter, Bergamo) with encrypted daily backups in Bergamo and Rome, annual penetration test, 99.5% SLA, two-factor authentication, GDPR art. 28 processor. EUR 49 + VAT per month billed annually for any number of employees, no activation fees, 7-day free trial.
