I really like that there is a good variety of widget types and algorithms available to configure to best suit your customers. Also that the placement of widgets etc is very flexible and customisable. Segmentify has a lot of strong points such as those, but the close working relationship with our account manager Merve and the customer success team is the strongest point. We have monthly review meetings to assess and improve performance, so nothing gets put on the long finger for months without getting addressed.
