**What do you like best about Segmentify?**

The personalization engine and customer journey-based automations are what we like best about Segmentify. Thanks to its smart segmentation and real-time recommendations, we’ve significantly increased our conversions and average basket size. It’s also super easy to use — the panel is intuitive, and everything is set up quickly. What makes the experience even better is the Segmentify team: always responsive, supportive, and solution-oriented. They feel more like an extension of our own team rather than a third-party tool.

**What do you dislike about Segmentify?**

There isn’t really anything major to complain about. Occasionally, when new features are introduced or the UI is updated, there’s a short adaptation period. But the support team is always quick to assist and smooth out the process. Overall, it's a very solid platform with responsive people behind it.

**What problems is Segmentify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Segmentify helps us tackle two key challenges: increasing first-time conversions and bringing back inactive users. Their smart segmentation and behavior-based automation allow us to display highly relevant products at the right moment. Cart abandonment recovery, personalized banners, and timely web push notifications have significantly improved our customer retention and boosted average order value. It's like having a 24/7 digital sales assistant working behind the scenes.

**What do you like best about Segmentify?**

I would say the staff at Segmentify. The software itself is amazing, but the help ypu get is amazing. Helpfull, sharing tips and tricks, best practices and more.

It's easy to use for every day tasks, like keeping track of products in need of attention. 
Setting up basic rules for keeping contact with your customers etc.

Integration was flawless and basically more or less just implementing a GTM-script.

We use Segmentify for both analyze and marketing every day.

Every problem we have run in to using the software has been quickly handled by comptent workers at Segmentify.

**What do you dislike about Segmentify?**

I would say there is actually nothing that i dislike with Segmentify.
However, with 20 years in eCommerce - i tend to have extremly specific wishes on software.

Ofcourse all this functionality doesn't exist in Segmentify yet.
But they have allready implemented some of the things i've wished for. And i feel confident the rest will come in due time.

**What problems is Segmentify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Segmentify simplifies tasks that are really timeconsuming taking out the data yourself.
For example targeting products in need of attention, high runners, low runners, products with lots of visits but few conversions.
The UI gives me a real clear picture of what products do well or bad in different channels, making it easier for me to allocate my marketing budget to be as efficient as possible.

I find it hard to compare personalization between different companies, but we did a A/B-test comparing Segmentify to our earlier partner and Segmentify won on all categories.
Not with a land slide, but with a small win on every KPI.

The search tool needed some configuration to work properly for us (we have 100k+ products, so it's extremly important for us).
But after a couple of days it's working just fine. There are a lot of functionality that's new to us that we really enjoy. Incorportaing banners in the search etc. 
I think we only touched what we can do yet, so we are trying to implement something new every week.

We also use Segmentify for mails.
Both bulk emails and segmented/automated ones.

The UI for sending mails could be a bit more clear. The build-part is really easy to understand - but implementing codes, specific audiances or specific personalization needed some training.
But then again, all new software does.

**What do you like best about Segmentify?**

Widgets are fantastic and enable us to customise our fans experience on NBL Store. AI bundling has been a huge success for us! It's capabilities are endless and the team are always willing to test new features and ideas until you're satisified. Our Account Manager, Ada Zehir, has been incredible since he took over our account. Very considered in his approach, goes above and beyond and acts quick.

**What do you dislike about Segmentify?**

My main issue with Segmentify is the widget loading times, this is why I didn't give a 10 score for reccomending. I accept this will never be simultaneous, but in some instances, it can take 3-4 seconds to load after our page has fully loaded for users which can make some customers unsure, and in general, is a poor experience.

**What problems is Segmentify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personalsing our customer journey as we sell merchandise for 10 different clubs, its allowed us to be more club specific and has led to our engagement metrics increasing YOY. It's also helped us gain momementume with product bundling which performs steadily each week.

**What do you like best about Segmentify?**

The product was really easy to implement on our website and has led to AOV uplifts of 40% on those customers who click on the recommendations on our website.

The service from Segmentify is fantastic, with any issues sorted promptly.  They are very pro-active, always making suggestions on how we can improve our website performance and they are quick to respond and if there are ever any issues they look to find ways to resolve these.

**What do you dislike about Segmentify?**

Nothing that I can think of.  Service and product both great.

**What problems is Segmentify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Segmentify's recommendation tool, push notification and social proofing.  The recommendation widgets have helped us to increase our AOV and units per order and the push notifictaions have increased awareness and traffic to our site.  We are still testing the social proofing but are hopeful that this will have improved conversion rates.

We implemented Segmentify on our new e-shop Woox.cz and immediately saw measurable improvements in conversion rates, confirmed through ongoing A/B testing. The implementation was fast despite our complex pricing structure, and their support team was professional and responsive. The KAM team has been proactive, client-focused, and aligned with our CRO goals. Their assistance during a challenging period, following a warehouse flood, was particularly appreciated. While not the sole driver of our success, Segmentify has proven to be a reliable and effective tool for enhancing our e-commerce performance.

We have been working with Segmentify for about 5 months. We have achieved good results with many recommandations and improvements in 5 months. They continue to support us with quick setups. I especially want to congratulate the team for their support and speed. Recommandation and search products generally work correctly. Of course, there are issues that can be revised and improved, but overall the results are really good for us.

We need to work harder on reporting and business development. Not only segmentify, we also need to spend more time on the panel and make improvements.

Hassle-free implementation, Segmentify took care of everything with a little help from our end. They are extremely responsive and helpful with anything at any time. Their personalization features are performing great and they deliver what they promise. They are always innovating new features and proactively demonstrating/implementing them, which I find really great going through busy times.

Product recommendation algorithms were powerful, and we could quickly check reports and optimize algorithms from the user panel. They have a strong reporting tool.

Last months of our collaboration, account managers were not staying a long time, and strategic meetings were not productive. At first, they were stronger about consulting our business.

We love push notifications and recommendation widgets as they are very customizable. Customer support from their side is also excellent as they try to meet your needs.

It would be great if they manage to upgrade the control panel regarding insights (bulk/monthly insights) for a customizable period of time.

With Segmentify we were able to integrate widgets that suggest best products to customers on the base what tey are looking for.  We are very satisfied with push notifications as well. The system is easy to use nevertheless that they have great customer support and they are fast and always ready to help.

Sometimes widgets are not quite compatible with the promotions we have. In that case, we turn it off, which is also very simple to do.

The only point I can say negatively; The system in which the products are read can be more synchronized with their own systems. In addition, fast actions can be taken at the point of new products&new features.

We prefer to use segmentify products on search result pages and to bring the result page with Segmentify. They are good at the point of suggestions, especially the smart algorithms work very well and can measure the customers' movements very well. The biggest problem is the control of the differences between the feed and the system. In addition, the trendify product can be further developed.
