The pre-made market consumer survey templates. It really saves a lot of time and effort

The online software is terrible slow and take s a lot of time to switch betwen options or creating a task

**What problems is Segmanta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The pre-made market consumer survey templates are really helpful. It saves both time and effort, while helped us to understand our consumer needs better.

Easy to use and has a wide range of options compared to its competitors at a very affordable price.

**What do you dislike about Segmanta?**

We haven't come through any dislikes as of now but will surely update if there are any areas of improvement.

**What problems is Segmanta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its easy not only for us but also for our customers to provide feedback at a very user friendly and less confusing interface.
