It is with these thoughts in mind that I have welcomed the content from Segeati that dwells more on AI solutions regarding procurement services. I believe it is true that incorporating machine learning in buying decision is the kind of concept our company requires.

**What do you dislike about Segeati?**

Real-time inventory visibility across the value chain has been limited with regards to the concerns of Segeati. This is a very crucial aspect to us as it determines our capability in making sound purchase decisions.

**What problems is Segeati solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have made some movements in the right direction toward strategic procurement with the help of Segeati. The recommendation provided through AI has been quite helpful; the site is friendly to our procurement team.
