When I click on the LinkedIn profile, they are suddenly in a new role for the past few months. Also, I've had where a candidate had gone through a gender transition, and it hadn't updated to their new name on LinkedIn. Using their dead name would have been VERY offensive if I hadn't double-checked. **What problems is SeekOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefits include being organized in my search with projects and having the boolean strings I used to search saved. Also, not being able to dive deeper into profiles without clicking and opening another webpage makes me think twice about using it as a primary sourcing method. **What problems is SeekOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to find breakdowns of where to target diversity talent, what market data is like, what our competitor companies are, where our main talent lives, and finding talent that doesn't have a linkedin profile. ### 10. I say this because it seems to provide only basic reports. I love that I can use data to paint a picture of the talent landscape and work with hiring managers to create a thoughtful hiringl strategy. **What do you dislike about SeekOut?** Sometimes when I get contact information for a candidate I later find out it's bad only after I send the candidate an email and receive a bounce back. I wish I could flag this in SeekOut and got reimbursed for contact credits redeemed that yield inaccurate information. **Recommendations to others considering SeekOut:** Request a demo and ask a sales rep to help you find candidates for your toughest roles! The power filters are another great way to narrow one's search and find more relevant candidates. In addition, SeekOut has excellent ways to use boolean searches that you can't do on LinkedIn, and the tool also has a bias reducer option when searching. The cloning feature is nice too! **What do you dislike about SeekOut?** One of the things that can be challenging for some individuals to pick up is the various ways to use boolean strings in SeekOut. The booleans are more in-depth than LinkedIn, which is fantastic, but it can be a huge learning curve. **What problems is SeekOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** A recruiter can find more talent on SeekOut than other recruiting tools when using booleans correctly. It's a lot of extra steps to see candidates this way via SeekOut. **What problems is SeekOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** SeekOut accepts complex Boolean strings and allows me to really dig in and find candidates with the qualifications that I'm looking for. ### 35. One of the features that I've found helpful is the possibility to retrieve a market insight on each search, which is great to present to HM and Recruiters. Everyone likes graphs and numbers! Power filters and messaging tools are excellent, for example, a drip campaign. It retrieves data from LinkedIn Profiles and other social sites like GitHub, and it's easier to find the contact ​information of potential candidates. Overall, a great tool that I think will be more likely to be used by everyone. **What do you dislike about SeekOut?** Nothing to dislike so far; it would be helpful to have more filters available. **What problems is SeekOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** Market insights creation, Filling niche roles, and sending high amounts of messages to possible candidates. ### 40.
