Seedlist is waitlist and enrollment software for daycare and preschool directors. It replaces the spreadsheet, the inbox, and the sticky notes a center uses to track families from first inquiry to first day, and it works beside your center management software, so there is nothing to switch. Families apply from their phone through your center's own form in about two minutes. Each application lands in a visual pipeline sorted by age group, and you move families from New to Toured, Waitlisted, Offered, and Enrolled. Every card shows wait time, age, and the date the child ages out of a room. Siblings are linked automatically by parent email, and priority tiers for siblings, employer partnerships, or your own rules are built in. Rank the list by drag and drop, or sort by date added, start date, or age-out date. Automated check-ins keep the list real. On a schedule you choose, Seedlist emails waitlisted families to ask whether they are still interested; families who stop replying move to Archived, with their history kept, so you never call through a 500-name list again. Every family gets a status page that shows where their application stands. Openings shows each room's spots by weekday, counts part-time children by the days they attend, and projects when seats open as children age out or give notice. When a spot opens, offer it, hold it for a start date, and mark the child enrolled when they arrive. One login runs every location, so multi-site organizations see each center's list with its own form and rooms. Owners and staff have separate roles. Seedlist costs $59 a month per center, flat, with a 30-day free trial and no credit card to start.
