**What do you like best about SedonaOffice?**

it is really appropriate for security companies. but it need to be adapted for other industries as well . There is a huge potential in developing this for use in other industries as well.

**What do you dislike about SedonaOffice?**

Its not usable in automobile industries or in the FMCG industries as the solutions are not tailored for their requirements. Please introduce additional features such that other sectors can also use this software and business management solutions.

**What problems is SedonaOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

General office administration and business management, approval and document flows.

The simplicity of the left navigation tower is incomparable.

It's comparability to old-school programs.

Finding notes that everyone in our organization enters.  It's helpful when trying to solve problems.

The software seems outdated. Every time there is an update it doesn’t really help.

Everything is in one place, it streamlined the process we were currently using

Reporting is difficult. There are a lot of canned reports that we need more information from
