For education, it is already set up with the ability to block sites that we do not want our students to access, as soon as their first sign on with their Chromebook.

Securly has proven a powerful tool for our student web filtering and has allowed us to add extra technicians to the admin portal for quicker response times to block requests. Its reporting is excellent and allows us to provide actionable information to teachers, counselors, admins, parents, etc. Reports generated by threat keywords are largely effective and give us a leg up in assisting with potential student mental health issues before they escalate.

In the last two years, Securly has massively improved their web portal and feature set. TLD blocking has been huge for us, as .io has historically been a haven for thousands of online games. Additionally, where their site used to slow to a crawl when whitelisting or blacklisting a large number of sites, performance no longer appears to be affected.
