"The best web filter for schools IMO"
5/5
What do you like best about Securly Filter?

Plain an simple: it does a fantastic job filtering inappropriate content. We tested several solutions and there was clear difference in effectiveness and Securly was a clear tier above the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securly Filter?

Not much to dislike. There's no perfect web filter, but we've had the most success with Securly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good value"
4/5
What do you like best about Securly Filter?

It helps administrators see what students are getting into trouble with, and it helps counselors see issues they may need to bring up with students and/or their families. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securly Filter?

Sometimes it doesn't catch certain things students search for. Some students are very crafty with what they search, and we see some things that were allowed that should have been flagged. Also, since students have a school email, they can actually approve their own site allow, which they don't know yet (as far as we know) but would be very bad if they found out. "Fast and Effective"
5/5
What do you like best about Securly Filter?

The product works great, their DNS-based filtering is fast and effective. Changes happen immediately, no need to log off and back on. Their customer service is outstanding and they have been rock solid during the past three years of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securly Filter?

Honeslty, their system is soo much better than the once it replaces. The only downside is their reporting could be better. I often need more details about a users search history than their reports provide. But it's a very small dislike. It's really a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I appreciate the ease of use and information provided by Securly Filter."
5/5
What do you like best about Securly Filter?

The ability to apply different policies to different OU's in Google with ease. The information is searchable and provides invaluable information about how students are accessing content online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securly Filter?

I would really like the ability to block domains at the root level and that would block all sites. Some additional subcategories to allow more granular filtering controls for different age groups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
