I like the filter by category features, as well as the ability to block specific websites by URL. Has an easy to use dashboard. **What do you dislike about Securly Filter?** Issues with logging. Sometimes I am asked to check on a students history, and this is a process that I have not had much success with. It is easier for me to go to the device itself and check history if possible. **What problems is Securly Filter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeps the school district CIPA compliant. Makes it easier to block sites based on category, with ability to block specific URL. We also get email notifications for potential harmful emails. ### 2. Some students are very crafty with what they search, and we see some things that were allowed that should have been flagged. Also, since students have a school email, they can actually approve their own site allow, which they don't know yet (as far as we know) but would be very bad if they found out. **What problems is Securly Filter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Students get flagged for performing unauthorized searches (usually for unblocked games or other mischievous things). They also get flagged for searching worrisome terms regarding mental health or hurting themselves or others. ### 3. I feel that it helps us help the students stay focused on the task at hand - learning. ### 4. From day 1, it simply has "just worked." I like the simplicity of the setup and how it integrates with our Google Domain Structure **What do you dislike about Securly Filter?** I would like to be able to have more specific control over what types of alerts I receive. I get alerted for every search for "Unblocked Games." **What problems is Securly Filter solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows for our devices to be filtered 24:7.
