Outstanding support and the ability to connect to and scan many different sources of data. The visualizations are easy to understand. After initial setup, connecting systems is easy. The Secriti implementation team that we were assigned made sure that we resolved any issues that occurred during setup, and provided working sessions with our associates to educate and empower them to be proficient with the Securiti software. Everyone on the Securiti team that we interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. The data scanning is very configurable and does not cause any noticeable resource usage on the host systems (specifically for our SQL Server instances).

I really can't talk enough about the support that the Securiti team invested in this project. Not only did they make sure that the solution was installed and working properly, but they also provided detailed training and use-case scenarios for some of the advanced features like workflows and assessments. Some connections require a Java environment to be installed on the host. If you run systems that are dedicated to a single purpose (like running a DBMS) then installing JRE on these systems is an unwanted maintenance and security concern just to be able to connect to the Securiti service. So far, this has been the only major negative finding when using the Securiti software. We did find some minor UI issues, but our primary Securiti representative was able to submit change requests to their engineering department to get these issues corrected.
