Customizable. Support team for install, build, modification, training has been top notch. Integration and implementation into environment was not overly complicated. What do you dislike about Securiti? Building workflows appears complicated and not something one can build or modify on your own. I've used another product where creating and modifying a workflow was more intuitive.
