Securitas Background Verification India (a Walsons Services Pvt. Ltd. company, part of the Securitas AB Group) is a trusted background screening partner for enterprises hiring at scale across India, the UAE, the UK, and the US. With over 20-25 million checks completed and 2,000+ enterprise clients served across 44 markets, Securitas India Background Verification Services combines global delivery infrastructure with local compliance expertise to help organizations hire with confidence. Our platform-driven approach includes the WeVerify portal, giving candidates and employers real-time visibility, status tracking, and seamless document submission throughout the verification journey — reducing turnaround time and manual follow-ups. Our screening suite spans criminal record checks, employment and education verification, identity and address validation, credit checks, and leadership due diligence, backed by automation and API-based integrations for high-volume hiring. WorkTrail, our dedicated ex-employee verification platform, further extends this tech backbone for reference checks at scale. Compliance is built into our architecture — SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001/27701, BS7858:2019, BPSS/DBS, FCRA, and GDPR — reinforced by a CRISIL A+ rating and NASSCOM Platinum BGV recognition. Backed by Securitas AB's global scale, we help HR and TA leaders build safer, faster, tech-enabled hiring pipelines
