Initally it was difficult to find and search for particular endpoints but that issue has been resolved. Secureworks is contanly updating and improving the portal. We also us Taegis VDR which has started to be integrated with ManagedXDR but integration could be improved. Vulerability information is shown in the ManagedXDR but you can't click on the link to be taken directly to the details. You must log into the VDR portal seperately to find the information. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. The support we have received from the team has been excellent and the project implementation was smooth and efficient. Although a slow start, SCWX have started to really uplift Taegis. An early adopter, we gave feedback that was passed back to the design team and allowed for further development.
