I think many recruiters do the initial part of contacting you and charming you into applying for the position, but once you're applying, they turn somewhat less responsive. Natalie wasn't like that. She was attentive all the time and diligent. When I needed immediate help with a meeting call with the COO, she was there to contact her assistant and solve the issue (the meeting link was missing in the invitation), so the meeting was a success. I love their attentiveness. Keeping multiple candidates for multiple open roles organized is quite challenging, but they keep me up to date on the statuses of each step in the process.
