I realized pretty quickly that there is actually a pretty good amount of skill/vetting/knowledge that goes into finding quality employees. If you are doing it yourself or with a recruiter who is more interested in filling the role as opposed to finding a good fit for the employee & employer it is going to result in a lot of wasted time on everyone's end. I think the process is a bit similar to buying a Home with an agent. You tell the agent what you need from a home, your price range and requirements. Then the agent goes out and finds you a bunch of homes. A pushy/bad agent will try to spin you into "liking" a home no matter how much it might not be a fit for you. Then there are the good agents who actually care if you are happy with the home, and work to make sure it is actually what you wanted, in your price range, and will meet all the requirements you told them about. In the end, that is what it came down to, Secure Vision cared so much that the candidate was qualified and an actual fit. ### 45.
