What do you like best?

The best part was actually working with someone who "gets" what you need and takes the feedback you provide to refine the candidates they are bringing to you. After Andreea got a feel for what we were looking for in the role it seemed like every candidate she presented was better than the last. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

No complaints at all. Was using 4+ other recruiting companies prior to Secure Vision, and just switched 100% over to Andreea because of ease of use, good communication, and providing most qualified candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

Recruiting quality employees in a very tough market. I realized pretty quickly that there is actually a pretty good amount of skill/vetting/knowledge that goes into finding quality employees. If you are doing it yourself or with a recruiter who is more interested in filling the role as opposed to finding a good fit for the employee & employer it is going to result in a lot of wasted time on everyone's end.

I think the process is a bit similar to buying a Home with an agent. You tell the agent what you need from a home, your price range and requirements. Then the agent goes out and finds you a bunch of homes. A pushy/bad agent will try to spin you into "liking" a home no matter how much it might not be a fit for you. Then there are the good agents who actually care if you are happy with the home, and work to make sure it is actually what you wanted, in your price range, and will meet all the requirements you told them about.

In the end, that is what it came down to, Secure Vision cared so much that the candidate was qualified and an actual fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I signed up for SecureVision's monthly subscription service and in less than 2 months, I've already received incredible value! They helped me fill 2 key sales roles in just 36 days! James and his team at SecureVision helped our seed-stage company source and interview candidates for our first Account Executive role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

As the Founder/CEO of our 15-person company, I had never hired for a Sales role before. James provided 1-on-1 coaching and support on a weekly basis throughout the search. SecureVision enabled us to screen a diverse range of candidates, but they were also great at honing in on better fits once we provided feedback on who we liked and didn't like. It was sometimes challenging to have visibility into how many candidates SecureVision was actually screening for us and rejecting without our knowledge. It takes a TON time to source candidates and conduct initial phone screens for a Sales role with a specific candidate profile. It would have taken me far more time if I would have tried to fill that role myself, and since I wouldn't have known what to look for, I probably would not have found such excellent candidates.
