**What do you like best about SecurEnvoy Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?**

It is right in the task bar so it is easy to access. Code constantly changes so there is no way for anyone to get your access code. Additionally, it is used in conjunction with a user password making it even more secure.

**What do you dislike about SecurEnvoy Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?**

If it goes offline, it can be difficult to establish a reconnection. In that case, a periodic email with a code is provided.

**Recommendations to others considering SecurEnvoy Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):**

This is a very convenient tool which is easy to use and makes your network environment more secure.

**What problems is SecurEnvoy Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Can easily and securely connect to my office network. It is quick and handy. There is no longer a need for a key fob with a code in which the battery can die.
