"Secure Give Review"

What do you like best?

This program makes it easy to give monetarily in a variety of ways. It's very accessible for church members. The ipad kiosk makes it easy for members to swipe a card and set up recurring transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It seems to require a lot of product updates. This causes our kiosk to go down until we can get it updated. This can cause a problem for members wanting to give at certain times. I have experienced a glitch occasionally with exporting information from the website if I've been logged in too long. It is possible that this is due to my specific browser, however. Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a great product for managing contributions. It has an easy export feature and it allows members to give financially via the method that's most convenient for them. We have seen an increase in contributions since we've implemented this system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Church members are able to give more easily and are more likely to give if they can set up automated payments, pay from their phones, pay with a card, etc. We can even set up temporary category in the middle of a church service if we need to add one for a natural disaster or for a specific need.
