## Secureframe Reviews
  ### 1. SecureFrame Makes SOC 2 Evidence Uploads Easy With Helpful Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucy L. | Data Compliance Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

As a person who is assisting in getting our framework certifications using SecureFrame I really enjoy how SecureFrame includes templates and examples for specific fields auditors would want to see. This came in handy when uploading evidence for our SOC 2 framework. SecureFrame is pretty easy to navigate and pretty self explanitory.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

At times it can get a little frustrating sorting through all of the requirements. Similarly, I had some issues looking to see what items I was assigned to.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get SOC 2 and HIPAA certified through SecureFrame as it provided us with an easy guide on what exactly is required for the framework. I was assisting in gathering evidence specifically for the data processing portion of these as a compliance manger and it was helpful to see various examples and templates. It helped me gather the information quicker.

  ### 2. Streamlined Task Management for Teams with Stellar Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

I think Secureframe is great. Managing my tasks for outstanding clients is handled well, and I like the integrations with my SaaS and cloud software tools, including cloud architecture and AWS. It sends me reminders when assets are out of the products, which is really handy. The platform integrates everything into one simple place, making it easy to manage tasks seamlessly and assign them to users in my organization. The automated way it provides real-time views of my client's status with dashboards and integrations is fantastic. The UI and usability are set up great for a fractional CSO like me.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Possibly some more vendor integrations and provide other alerting via Slack.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Secureframe to integrate everything into one place, manage tasks seamlessly, assign them, and view real-time client info. It offers dashboards and integrates all the tools I use, helping manage assets and receive reminders.

  ### 3. Secureframe helped us streamline soc2 readiness

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

I like using Secureframe because it helps streamline my workflow and makes compliance management much easier. The platform keeps everything organized in one place, automates many time-consuming tasks, and provides clear visibility into our security and compliance status. This allows me to spend less time on manual processes and more time focusing on higher-value work. Secureframe also helps our team stay on track with requirements and deadlines, making the overall compliance process more efficient and less stressful.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

While Secureframe is a valuable tool, there are some aspects that can be frustrating at times. Certain integrations can require additional setup or troubleshooting, and occasionally the platform may generate alerts or tasks that need manual review even when they are not immediately relevant.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us with soc2 compliance

  ### 4. Essential for SOC2 Compliance, Needs UI Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guillaume M. | Platform Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

I trust that all the compliance requirements are highlighted and that it integrates with all the services we use. I appreciate having a reliable list of tests as the first step to being compliant, especially for SOC2. The initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

The interface can be a little wonky, especially for bulk operations. Sensible defaults would help speed repetitive forms. For example, marking evidence out of scope requires a step to select the framework (like SOC2) and submit the form, even though we only have one framework. The test page supports view filters but doesn't support dynamic fields such as 'current user', so filtering tests owned by me requires a lot of clicks every time.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe keeps us SOC2 compliant by ensuring all compliance requirements are highlighted and integrates with all the services we use.

  ### 5. Effortless Compliance Management with Secureframe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiago F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

I like how Secureframe simplifies everything for us, making it easy to implement and manage all mandatory controls. I appreciate that it helps us organize our work and divide responsibilities effectively. The structured approach is really beneficial, as it allows us to go through every test that needs to be handled, ensuring we provide the necessary evidence. Secureframe presents us with clear instructions on what needs to be done to address each item, and it's really easy to find what we need in the system. It's simple to go through the tests needed to be ready for an audit, and I find Secureframe very intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

It would be nice if there were reminders on controls that need new evidence to be presented/uploaded on a specific frequency, like monthly, quarterly, annually. It would be good to have the system remind us that one specific test needs to be updated. If the search bar on the tests was able to find tests based on the numeric value of the requirements, that would be great too.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe simplifies our certification processes, helping us organize work, direct our efforts, and manage controls easily. It's structured intuitively, making it simple to find needed information, complete tests for audits, and follow clear instructions to address compliance points.

  ### 6. Secureframe Makes Audit Prep Easy with Responsive, Timely Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivana Z. | Head of Infrastructure and Information Security Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Securerame makes audit preparation really easy. It’s straightforward to use, and the support team is great—responsive and timely whenever I need help.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Our personnel would like to be able to see the status of their Secureframe Agent installation, as well as the compliance status of their workstations. Other than that, we don’t have anything we dislike.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a centralized overview of our security posture. Issues are flagged as they occur, so we always know what needs to be fixed and can stay on top of them. Evidence collection is also easy, which makes the overall process much smoother.

  ### 7. Friendly, Easy-to-Use Platform with Smooth Integrations and Great Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viviana M. | Account Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

It’s a very friendly platform and easy to use. It also integrates smoothly with other platforms, and the dashboard is especially helpful for tracking the project’s status. Pricing feels about average. On top of that, the support team is really good and helps keep the whole process smooth so the project can be completed without unnecessary friction.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

I don't have any complain, they are very structure

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To have all the documentation, and all the requirements for SOC 2 type 2

  ### 8. Making Audits, Policies, and Cloud Security Manageable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vadzim H. | system administrator, security administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

What I like most about Secureframe is that it makes compliance feel way less painful than it usually is.
It does a lot of the boring stuff for you automatically pulling evidence, checking controls, and keeping things up to date so you’re not chasing screenshots or spreadsheets. It also lays everything out really clearly, so instead of wondering “what am I supposed to do next?”, you just follow the steps.
The audit side is a big win too. You can see exactly where you stand at any moment, and working with auditors is way more straightforward. It doesn’t feel like a mad rush at the last minute.
Basically, Secureframe turns compliance from a stressful, once-a-year headache into something that just runs in the background.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Sometimes Secureframe feels kind of rigid like - it wants you to do things its way, even if your setup doesn’t quite match. The automation helps a lot, but you still end up doing manual work and explaining things more often than you’d expect.

The price can also be hard to justify, especially for smaller teams. And at the beginning, it can feel overwhelming because there’s so much going on and you’re still figuring out what actually matters.

Support is usually fine, but when you have a more specific or nuanced question, the answers can feel a bit generic.

It’s a solid tool, just not a magic button you still have to think, make decisions, and sometimes work around it.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First, audit management. Before Secureframe, audits felt chaotic: tracking evidence, figuring out what auditors wanted, and scrambling at the last minute. Secureframe puts everything in one place and shows exactly what’s done and what’s missing, so audits feel way more controlled and predictable. That alone saves a ton of time and stress.
Second, getting people familiar with company policies. Policies usually end up as PDFs no one reads. Secureframe makes them easy to distribute, track, and acknowledge, so employees actually know what’s expected of them. That’s helped turn policies into something practical instead of just “audit paperwork.”
Third, monitoring and fixing security issues in AWS. Secureframe continuously checks our Amazon Cloud setup and flags things like risky configurations or missing controls. Instead of finding problems during an audit (or worse, after an incident), we can catch and fix them early.
Overall, it helps me stay on top of audits, keeps the team aligned on security expectations, and gives better visibility into what’s happening in our cloud without everything being manual.

  ### 9. Effortless Compliance Management with Secureframe

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abel J. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

I like that Secureframe is well structured and focused, helping me go down a list of tasks to complete in order to become compliant. I really appreciate the Azure integration they have in place, as it can automatically alert us when deployed infrastructure might violate one of our policies. The initial setup was very easy; I got on a call with their team and moved things forward quickly. We could even text the CEO, who was responsive.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

There is an AI mode which claims to provide Azure CLI code to satisfy certain requirements, but it is lacking in completeness and I haven't found it to be consistent or useful.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe helps us get certified or prepare for SOC-2 and HIPAA. It's well structured and focuses on completing tasks to become compliant. I like the Azure integration for policy violation alerts.

  ### 10. Secureframe Makes Compliance Clear, Automated, and Audit-Ready

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Uri F. | CISO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

What I like most about Secureframe is how it turns compliance into a clear, manageable process. The platform brings together automation, structured workflows, and audit-ready templates, which removes a lot of the manual work and uncertainty that usually come with compliance.

It’s easy to use for both technical and non-technical users, helps keep everyone accountable, and significantly reduces audit stress.

As a best practice, I’d recommend connecting integrations early and keeping the platform continuously up to date to get the most benefit from it.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Secureframe can feel limiting in more complex or non-standard environments. Some workflows aren’t flexible enough and end up requiring manual handling outside the platform.

There’s also a noticeable learning curve at the start. It takes time to fully understand how controls, evidence, and tests connect, and how that relationship affects day-to-day work.

Best practice: plan onboarding carefully and document any custom processes early, so you can reduce friction later.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe addresses the challenge of managing SOC 2 compliance in a structured, repeatable way. It replaces spreadsheets, email threads, and scattered documents with a single, clear system.

For us, that means time saved, less manual work, and lower audit stress. It also improves visibility into our compliance status, helps keep owners accountable, and makes audits feel more predictable and efficient.

Best practice: use Secureframe continuously, not just right before an audit, to get long-term value and avoid last-minute gaps.
