## Secureframe Reviews
 ### 1. A must-have for SOC 2

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Secureframe automates a huge portion of compliance checks, saving a lot of manual effort. Its wide range of integrations makes connecting with our existing tools seamless.
Once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes very straightforward and efficient to use.
We use it for SOC 2 and it has become a key tool for us.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

The initial setup and interface can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for first-time users. There’s a learning curve in navigating all the features and settings. However, once you understand the workflow, the complexity becomes much more manageable.
Some integrations may be limited if you don't have an enterprise subscription with the 3rd party, but there isn't much Secureframe can do to solve it, as discussed directly with them.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe simplifies compliance by automating evidence gathering, security checks and continuous monitoring across our systems.
This significantly cuts down the time and resources required for manual checks, while ensuring we remain audit-ready at all times. Its wide range of integrations centralizes compliance tasks, making the process faster and lightweight.

 ### 2. An Amazing Tool, Especially for People New to SOC Compliance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Customer service is fantastic, Nickson Jean-Baptiste is our firm's point of contact and he is incredibly knowledgeable. Both my firm and myself were new to the SOC compliance world and Nickson's knowledge was paramount to helping us get our first SOC 2 cert. His training and subject-matter expertise are unparalleled.

The application itself is incredibly intuitive, guiding users with widgets, templates and "scores" to demonstrate the organization's progress towards its compliance certification. It does just enough hand-holding to keep you accountable while giving you enough wiggle room to explain compliance outside of the SF "box".

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Nothing to note. Performance, accessibility and customization all rate between adequate and excellent in my opinion. We've had some issues with integrations breaking, but I'm not sure if that is on the SF side or the integrating applications' sides.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing a relatively small security team to complete what is considered a large project.

 ### 3. SOC2 Made Easy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Secureframe makes the SOC 2 compliance process structured and transparent. I like that it centralizes evidence collection, automates a lot of recurring security tasks, and integrates with our core systems (like cloud infrastructure, HR tools, and ticketing systems). For a business that handles sensitive resident data and compliance records, having real-time visibility into audit readiness reduces risk and saves me time that I can redirect to product strategy. Their dashboards and reminders help keep engineering, security, and compliance stakeholders aligned without a ton of manual follow-up.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

While Secureframe is strong on automation, some integrations can feel rigid — if your workflows or tools deviate from the “happy path,” you may need workarounds. The UI can get cluttered when you’re tracking a large number of controls across multiple frameworks. Occasionally, response times for support on more technical questions can lag when you need a quick resolution to keep compliance tasks moving.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe is solving the pain of manual SOC 2 compliance tracking and audit preparation. Before, ensuring ongoing compliance meant chasing down evidence from multiple teams, checking configurations manually, and worrying about whether we were truly “audit ready.” Now, Secureframe continuously monitors our systems, flags gaps proactively, and standardizes the evidence collection process. This gives me confidence that we’re protecting resident data in accordance with industry best practices, which strengthens our trust with property management clients and helps avoid costly delays or fines in our compliance-driven business

 ### 4. Amazing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos T. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

What I like best about Secureframe is how incredibly easy and fast it makes the entire compliance process. The AI-driven automation takes away so much manual work, and the continuous monitoring across multiple cloud services gives me peace of mind that nothing will slip through the cracks. It’s a huge time saver and really helps us stay audit-ready at all times.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about Secureframe. If anything, I’d say the platform is so comprehensive that it took a bit of time to explore all the features, but once we got familiar with it, that depth became one of its biggest strengths.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe is helping us simplify and accelerate the entire compliance process for standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Instead of spending months gathering evidence and manually tracking controls, we can get compliant in weeks while the platform continuously monitors our systems. This not only saves us significant time and resources but also gives our customers confidence that we take security and compliance seriously.

 ### 5. Good GRC tool for Soc2 and other compliance frameworks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

This was my first time managing an audit for a company and the Secureframe platform made the process very straightforward. The Secureframe team has been fantastic and answered questions within hours, which was especially critical when our audit window was about to end. The Trust Center was easy to configure and now allows prospects to retrieve our Soc2 and Soc3 reports in a self-serve fashion. The platform has pre-built integrations for all major systems we us, which significantly cut down on the time it took us to collect evidence. Now that we have gone through our first Soc2 audit, I log in 2-3 times a month to ensure every compliance test is passing. Of all providers we reached out and did demos with (Vanta, Drata, Sprinto), Secureframe seemed to provide the best value for the price and I would go with Secureframe again.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

There were definitely some oddities to work around, especially when it comes to the integration with our HR system, which often lead Secureframe to wrongly mark employees as contractors, or misclassified employees that are no longer with the company. This took some time to get to a stable state, but now works rather well. The other area of concern was the Secureframe agent and the related policy set for MacBooks, which took many employees several tries to get right, even though we had written up our own step-by-step instructions with screenshots, so this process could be simplified.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe takes care of our evidence management and lets us know what we need to provide for audits and what things we need to change. We don't have a specific compliance person on staff, so without a platform like Secureframe it would have been very hard for us to get everything together we need to pass an audit. The fact that auditors know Secureframe and have access to our evidence made the audit process a lot more straightforward than I expected.

 ### 6. Game changer to setup and control a new compliance framework

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Having built HIPAA and SOC 2 programs from scratch at three companies, I can say the most helpful thing about Secureframe is how fast it gets you from zero to audit-ready and beyond. It launches policies, procedures, and training in days, automates ~50% of compliance tasks with our cloud partners, and gives you a real-time compliant system out of the box.

Upsides:

Cuts setup time from months to weeks.

Shifts you from one-time audit prep to ongoing best-practice controls.

Automates the heavy lifting—monitoring, alerts, and evidence collection.

Keeps compliance continuous and visible across the whole company.

SOC 2 automation benefits:

Security – Instant misconfiguration alerts.

Availability – Integrated uptime tracking.

Processing Integrity – Automated pipeline checks.

Confidentiality – Continuous access reviews.

Privacy – Real-time policy and retention enforcement.

Secureframe doesn’t just help you pass the audit—it makes staying compliant easier, faster, and smarter.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

While Secureframe is powerful, some auditors still have their own rigid checklists for audit passing. That means you may need to manually map the Secureframe data room to an auditor’s specific format. On top of that, the audit community as a whole hasn’t fully embraced the real-time audit model—so you might still face traditional, point-in-time review requirements despite having continuous controls in place.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe automates the heavy lifting of compliance—policies, training, evidence collection, and continuous monitoring—so we can go from zero to audit-ready in weeks, not months. It shifts us from reactive audit prep to proactive, real-time controls, saving time, reducing errors, and strengthening our overall security posture.

 ### 7. SecureFrame helps organize the difficult compliance processes and makes them manageable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex K. | Vice President - Software Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

SOC2 compliance necessitates extensive documentation and evidence regarding internal processes, vendors, and other relevant aspects. SecureFrame neatly organizes everything into tests with evidence, assignments, tasks, and controls. They also have numerous integrations with cloud providers like AWS and Microsoft 365, and they could bring most of this data in automatically. The best part is that once you set it up and follow SecureFrame's guidance, it makes it very easy to stay on top of compliance. It's no longer a monumental effort once a year, but it's a little bit of work every month.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Nothing wrong with SecureFrame itself. Compliance in general is complex, messy and takes a lot of work. SecureFrame makes it manageable. If I had to nitpick, I would say that SecureFrame's UI could use some work: when I update a piece of evidence or a test, it takes time to re-test the evidence, but the UI doesn't make it super clear that the test status is being calculated. I need a progress bar or a "spinner". It's not a big deal though, once I understood how the UI works, I have no issues using it.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOC2 compliance, Vendor management, and internal policy management (versioning and user acceptance).

 ### 8. Reliable Platform for SOC 2 & HIPAA Compliance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Secureframe has been an excellent tool for managing our SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance. The platform centralizes policies, automates evidence collection, and integrates smoothly with our clients existing systems, which significantly reduces manual effort.

Its clear dashboards and task tracking make it easy to monitor progress and ensure we stay on schedule.

The support team is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, providing guidance throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

There is nothing we dislike about the platform currently. Any suggested improvements are rapidly updated.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe has enabled our client to maintain SOC 2 and HIPAA readiness in a far more efficient and organized way.
From an auditor’s perspective, the platform’s automated evidence collection, centralized policy management, and clear control tracking greatly streamline the review process.
It reduces back-and-forth, ensures documentation is complete and up to date, and ultimately allows us to perform our audit more efficiently while giving the client ongoing visibility into their compliance posture.

 ### 9. Secureframe has been a game changer for audit readiness and super easy to use!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

SecureFrame has been a game-changer for our SOC 2 Type 1 audit process. What could have been a complex and time-consuming turned into a surprisingly manageable project thanks to their platform. The initial implementation was easy and if we faced any issues, their customer support was quick to help.

The guided approach walks you through each control requirement step-by-step, making it clear exactly what evidence you need and how to collect it and the real-time dashboard gave us confidence that we were staying on track throughout the entire process.
Easy to monitor personnel and create policies as well.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Sometimes the connections to all the tests of each control can be confusing but that may just be due to the nature of the framework rather than an issue with the platform

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Tracking that our employees are compliant and secure on their hardware, this would not have been possible before
- Working on our audit readiness, ensured we were quickly able to get our SOC 2 type 1 compliance
- Vendor security: keeping all our vendor information in one place along with their security compliance information

 ### 10. Helps to keep a good overview for our Certification

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

We use Secureframe to keep track of all the documentation and evidence needed for our ISO9001 certification. The pre-defined tests and direct integration with our Google Drive and GitHub saved us a lot of time in the setup and maintenance of our Quality Management System.

Secureframe is easy to use and whenever we have any questions the team is there to help us move forward.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Document management is very limited. The history of changes is not automatically generated and there is no way to cooperate with team members on one document (by suggesting changes, or making comments).

When assigning tests / requirements to team members, they are not automatically notified when they are due to upload evidence. You need to create a task explicitly, which adds a lot of manual work.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one central system where we can find all our ISO related documentation helps us keep track of everything and prepare for an audit. It also helps during the audit to give the auditor confidence in our Quality Management System.

 ### 11. Exceptional compliance automation with expert guidance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maxim C. | Operation Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

The extensive integrations with our existing tech stack automatically collect evidence and monitor compliance continuously. The platform's AI-powered automation eliminates manual compliance tasks, while the dedicated team of 30+ compliance experts provides invaluable guidance throughout the audit process.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

The initial setup and configuration can be time-consuming when integrating with complex existing systems. Some advanced customization options require technical expertise that smaller teams might lack.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe eliminates the manual burden of compliance management by automating evidence collection across our entire tech stack, saving our team hundreds of hours previously spent on SOC 2 audit preparation. The platform solves our multi-framework compliance challenges by supporting ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR standards simultaneously, while providing continuous monitoring that catches security gaps before they become audit issues. This has accelerated our sales cycles significantly, as we can now instantly demonstrate our security posture to enterprise clients through automated trust centers and security questionnaire responses.

 ### 12. A Time-Saving and Effective Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lance D. | Administrative Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

What stands out about SecureFrame is how intuitive and efficient it is. It simplifies complex compliance tasks and automates workflows, which helps us stay on top of everything without the constant back-and-forth. The platform also offers great support whenever needed, which adds to the overall experience.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

None so far at the moment. We've been using SecureFrame for our SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 frameworks, and it’s been a huge time-saver. The platform streamlines the compliance process, saving us both time and effort.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SecureFrame solves the challenge of managing and streamlining SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. It simplifies complex and time-consuming tasks like documentation, evidence collection, and audit preparation.

 ### 13. Organized my SOC 2 / HIPAA compliance needs providing clear recommendations in achieving compliance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael K. | Quality Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

1. Integrations with my cloud providers and other applications to detect configurations that were not compliant.
2. Clear requirements to achieve compliance.
3. Centralized multiple requirements for compliance.
4. Friendly staff to assist with the onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

1. Was unable to use Azure Dev Ops to set an automatic integration.
2. For major companies like Stripe and Azure, I wish the SOC 2 items were automatically included in the vendor audits.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have a clear path forward to achieve SOC 2 / GDPR and HIPAA compliance. Within hours of initiating the tool, it provided me with a path to fulfill these requirements instead of having to rely on spreadsheet templates.

 ### 14. Ease of use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Once you get going the system is really intuitive and makes renewing our SOC 2 Type 2 compliance really straight forward. Having the ability to quickly see what is failing or at risk well laid out from UI/UX perspective, and now using AI to verify what we're submitting for testing is complete is also reassuring.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Onboarding was a little difficult as there was less handholding than expected. That said, the team is super responsive whenever you reach out and ready to jump on a call to answer any questions or concerns.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s impossible to work with larger partners today without at least SOC 1 compliance. Even four years ago, achieving that would have taken four times the effort and cost. Secureframe made it possible through incredible efficiency. It also gives us the confidence to work with larger partners who may require other certifications, knowing that multiple frameworks are supported.

 ### 15. Simple solution for employees, could be better for auditors

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

- The employee portal in Secureframe is simple and clean. It clearly tells employees what tasks they have outstanding, and the mandatory trainings for things like GDPR are clear, concise, and don't take too long to complete.
- I like that it acts as a one stop shop for risks, vendors, policies, and assets
- The red, yellow, green symbols are helpful for easily seeing where gaps might exist

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

- As someone who helps with our organization's internal audits, it seems like sometimes Secureframe will indicate that a framework requirement is "passing" because there is a policy linked, but it does not consider what is actually in that policy. It feels like in the age of AI, there should be a way for Secureframe to scan the contents of a policy and give auditors a more accurate answer of whether everything that needs to be in the policy is actually there.
- I wish that Secureframe allowed you to search the contents of all policies at once. Currently the search functionality only matches on policy title.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Secureframe houses our security policies and risk registrar. It makes it easier to conduct our internal audits for ISO 27001.

 ### 16. It is better than Vanta and Drata the two biggest competitors

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew C. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

I love how they have people specialized whenever you have a question. Their AI tooling to help generate, as I'd call it busy work for you is amazing. They have the end to end process down and can guide you through any step. They also had/have the best pricing for a startup I've seen. So at the end of the day the ease of use, the structure on how they work, the integrations they offer, it made this a no brainer for the cost. We need SOC2 and this is the best path forward.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

I honestly don't have any if I were to say, the only thing is more automation, if for instance we don't have a minimum password length in AWS, just go in and modify the settings for me. But that presents it's own problems.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's SOC2.... and then if you want to get other controls like ISO/HIPPA/etc they have those baked in.

 ### 17. Professional, well organized and excellent account service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott S. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Secureframe was very easy to work with, marked by excellent professionalism from their team & a very clear organized on-boarding. The steps to take advantage of the breadth of their services were easy to understand and laid out in a way that even non-tech staffers could participate and benefit.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

No real downside - just some effort required thru my organization to take full advantage.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our partner required security compliance and Secureframe's tools allowed us to quickly get certified, and also go above and beyond. The depth of questions required us to review our own policies and procedures that resulted in a better product and something that we felt was more secure.

 ### 18. SecureFrame is a "Must Have" for Managing a Certification Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

SecureFrame provides a large number of ways to connect to third party providers we use, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and many more. This allows SecureFrame to automatically examine and report on many of the required elements necessary for certification. It will then alert you when something is failing and/or needs attention, which is great. That makes much of the process reactive vs. having to proactively check on everything to make sure all is well.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

There's nothing I really dislike about SecureFrame. Any issues we've had in the past have either been solved by our account manager or by the development team.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially started with another service provider to help us manage our SOC 2 Type II certification process. However, we found it had a LOT to be desired after we began using it. We then switched to SecureFrame and the difference was like night and day. SecureFrame had us so much further along in the first day than the few months I was using the old service provider. SecureFrame has made it incredibly easy to become aware of and manage those elements that are not meeting our own controls. Furthermore, SecureFrame often provides steps on HOW to resolve failing elements, especially when they are technology-related.

 ### 19. Essential Compliance Partner with Great Team Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B.

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

I love how Secureframe supports a combination of frameworks and its extensive integrations, making compliance management much easier. The agent automates tasks like assessing device compliance, which saves significant effort compared to manual processes. Managing, auditing, and reporting compliance information becomes efficient with Secureframe, reducing effort during audits. The individual status updates are incredibly helpful for ensuring compliance across the company. Moreover, the team is great to work with and the maintenance of relevant frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, and CCPA is crucial for us.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

I found the setup process to require considerable effort. Onboarding the entire company, reviewing many policies, completing risk assessments, and testing integrations was quite a bit of work. Additionally, there was some confusion among our team members because the automation agent did not function uniformly across Windows and Mac devices.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe streamlines compliance management, automating audit processes and reducing manual effort. It facilitates easy data tracking, making SOC 2 audits less daunting, and helps in comprehensive reporting and individual compliance updates.

 ### 20. Streamlined compliance with great support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Secureframe makes it easy to centralize and track all of our SOC 2 compliance requirements. The automated evidence collection from integrated systems saves a significant amount of time compared to manual processes. Their dashboard provides clear visibility into our progress and pending tasks, which helps keep the team on track. Customer support is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in following up.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

There are a few small areas that could be even smoother. Initial setup takes a little time while integrations are connected, and some custom evidence types still require manual handling. Occasionally, synced data from third-party tools takes a bit to update, but it hasn’t caused any real issues. Overall, none of these have been significant enough to impact our workflow.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe removes the manual overhead of tracking compliance tasks, collecting evidence, and preparing for audits. By automating integrations with our cloud services, HR systems, endpoint monitoring tools, and other security platforms, it ensures that controls are continuously monitored without constant follow-up from the team. This has reduced our audit preparation time from weeks to days, minimized the risk of missing key evidence, and given us a clear real-time view of compliance health. The result is faster audit readiness, fewer last-minute scrambles, and more time to focus on strategic security improvements.

 ### 21. SecureFrame made compliance awesome

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Our previous auditors had no automation, so for several years I'd spend a week or two every October assembling screenshots and organizing everything. When we switched to SF, we decided to just do things Their Way (TM) and not try to swim upstream at all. After changing around some stuff to pass tests, the audit was trivial and took no time. Now we just check the SF emails to see if there's anything that slipped through in the last week and audits cause no anxiety.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

The last time I checked (it's been more than a year), the API for automating evidence submission was clunky. Most tests are implemented on the SF side so it's not much of an issue, but the few things that can't be (there are maybe 10 for SOC2 Type II) you still have to upload stuff yourself.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SF reduces the manual work for compliance audits by 90%. They pair you up with an auditor that knows how to use their product, and then the auditor will have a few extra questions but almost everything in the final report is just done without any effort.

 ### 22. We love Secureframe!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corey B. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Secureframe has been instrumental in helping us manage our SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance. After three years of using the platform, we can't imagine handling our compliance processes any other way. It's become an essential part of our workflow—and we’re such strong advocates that we recommend it to our clients at every opportunity.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

It needs more integrations with other IT products

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe helps us solve several critical business challenges related to compliance and operational efficiency. It streamlines the complex process of managing SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 requirements, significantly reducing the time and effort typically required to stay audit-ready. By automating evidence collection, continuous monitoring, and reporting, it minimizes the risk of non-compliance and provides clear visibility into our control environment. This not only ensures we maintain regulatory standards but also strengthens client trust and market credibility. As our organization grows, Secureframe enables us to scale our compliance programs without adding unnecessary overhead—making it an indispensable part of our operations.

 ### 23. Effortless compliance management with top-notch support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chaitanya D. | IT Head, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Secureframe makes SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance management incredibly straightforward with its intuitive dashboard, automated evidence collection, and continuous monitoring. The integrations with cloud services and security tools save countless hours, and the real-time alerts help us stay audit-ready without stress. Their customer success team is proactive, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond, making the entire compliance process smooth.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

While Secureframe is a powerful platform, the initial setup can feel overwhelming due to the number of integrations and configurations required. Some reports could be more customizable to fit unique organizational needs, and expanding training resources for first-time users would be a welcome improvement.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe has streamlined our entire compliance lifecycle—from SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness to ongoing monitoring—saving us weeks of manual work. Automated evidence collection, integration with our cloud stack, and continuous security checks have reduced audit preparation time and helped us pass assessments with fewer findings. It has also strengthened vendor risk management by giving us a centralized way to assess and track third-party compliance, ensuring we meet regulatory and customer security expectations.

 ### 24. SecureFrame Rocks! Top Notch Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

We have been working with SecureFrame for the last 3 years I have been with BlueModus. The Representative assigned to us has been top notch (respecful, informative, knows the product incredibly well, a real 'owner' of the product). The reason I bring this up is because SecureFrame comes off genuine and shows they truly care about our success. It's one thing for a company to come off like they care, but to have employees that back that and SHOW it - is awesome! Go SecureFrame!

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

SecureFrame seems to be making improvements to their portal UI experience so I would say that could be better however when we mention these issues to our rep, we were pointed to a place to send those features and some seem to be in development!

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Soc2 type 2 process every year can be a bit tricky, but with SecureFrame they even did a pre-audit for us!

 ### 25. Helps to speed up the certification Process across multiple frameworks!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

A great tool to speed up the certification process. We use it for SOC2 and ISO, which is another great benefit - it is certification agnostic and therefore it can be easily adopted to any kind of framework.
As with most certification its used on an anual basis to grant access to the auditor. Its great to get recommendations for external auditors by Secureframe, so they help to find the best suitable auditor, that is already familiar with the tool.
The integrations into our toolset is perfect. With this we have almost 80% of the tests full automated.
CSM and Support are helpful and fast.
Overall a great tool, which we recommend to everyone that needs to deal with more than one certification framework.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

For some integrations SecureFrame requires to set certain options in one prefered way. In AWS or Azure /M365 there are usually more ways to achive a certain goal. E.G. set firewall active on endpoints. If this is not the same way as Secureframe expects it to be set, the test fails which ends up in uncompliance. This is cumbersome and not always great, cause it creates manual work to set a certain usually automated test to "pass".
Wish SecureFrame would provide more than one way to check automated tests.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are the foremost using it for our audit management across multiple frameworks.
But it also helds our complete 3rd party risk management which is super helpful, as its needed across many different certifications.

 ### 26. Streamlined compliance with great support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Secureframe takes the complexity out of SOC 2 and other compliance frameworks by centralizing tasks, evidence collection, and monitoring in one intuitive platform. The automated integrations save hours of manual work, and the dashboard gives a clear real-time view of progress toward audits. Their customer success team is proactive, responsive, and knowledgeable they’ve consistently guided us through requirements and best practices with minimal friction.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Some integrations can be finicky to set up initially, especially with less common tools in our stack. While the platform is robust, occasional updates can temporarily disrupt workflow if not communicated in advance. More in-depth reporting and customization options for controls would make it even more powerful for larger or more complex organizations.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe has streamlined the entire compliance process, from readiness to audit, by automating evidence collection, continuous monitoring, and control tracking foe Clutch. This has significantly reduced the manual overhead for our security and engineering teams, shortened our audit timelines, and improved our ability to stay compliant year-round. The central dashboard gives us complete visibility into progress and gaps, allowing us to address issues proactively rather than reactively.

 ### 27. Secureframe Makes SOC 2 and HIPAA Compliance Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Secureframe has transformed how we manage SOC 2,and HIPAA compliance. Evidence collection — once manual and time-consuming — is now automated thanks to integrations with AWS,Jira, GitHub, Checkr, Twilio, Gusto, etc ... The dashboard is intuitive, breaking down complex controls into manageable tasks. Support is outstanding: fast, knowledgeable, and truly helpful during onboarding and troubleshooting. Recently they introduced AI analysis of evidence thats really awesome.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

1. some integrations are not real time yet, like AWS some updates at AWS side takes time to sync at secureframe side.
2. checkr, background checks also takes time to sync

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Secureframe, compliance was a stressful, last-minute scramble — usually right before an audit. Now, it’s a proactive and continuous process. The visibility it gives into our compliance posture is invaluable, both internally and when communicating with stakeholders. From an IT perspective, it simplifies vendor reviews, improves transparency, and makes it easy to respond to security questionnaires. Secureframe has turned compliance from a burden into a well-integrated part of our operational workflow.

 ### 28. Secureframe: Simplifying Compliance with Confidence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mrityunjay k. | member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

What I like best about Secureframe is how effortlessly it automates the entire compliance process. From continuous monitoring to evidence collection and audit readiness, everything is streamlined and integrated with our existing tools like AWS, Google Workspace, and GitHub. The real-time dashboards and policy templates make security feel manageable—even for teams without a full-time compliance officer. It’s like having an in-house compliance expert working 24/7.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

While Secureframe is a powerful platform, the pricing can be a bit steep for early-stage startups with limited budgets. Some of the more advanced features also come with a learning curve, especially for teams without prior compliance experience. Additionally, while the integrations are robust, there are occasional syncing delays or missing data that require manual review.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe is solving the complexity and time-consuming nature of achieving and maintaining security compliance—like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and others. Before Secureframe, we had to manage policies, evidence collection, and vendor risk manually, which was inefficient and error-prone

 ### 29. Great product to help monitor compliance and security with a small team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis H. | DevOps Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

It shows us any issues we have in our infrastructure that we can tackle to improve security and stay on top of our compliance. Since we have a small team, a centralized platform like SecureFrame is the only way we could keep on top of these requirements.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

I think the toughest thing with secure frame is getting all our employees to download and install unsigned installers.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security compliance and auditing of our cloud infrastructure. We are a small DevOps team which is also responsible for security within our infrastructure. Without a tool like this, it would be difficult to ensure we are following compliance and keeping our infrastructure as secure as possible

 ### 30. Secureframe helped us achieve SoC2 compliance that would otherwise be impossible for us.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit J. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Secureframe automatically reads our security profile from cloud systems such as Google Cloud Platform and Office 365 and checks for compliance. It also guides us to upload the remaining evidence to be able to complete compliance. From initial integration to special situations, the platform is easy to use by non-experts. The customer service has been exceptional, and rather proactive instead of reactive.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

We have not really found any significant downsides.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe monitors security compliance of our cloud systems instead of having us to do so manually. It helps us save thousands of dollars in labor cost and helps keep our compliance up to date.

 ### 31. outstanding Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

What I like best about Secureframe is how seamlessly it streamlines our compliance process. The platform centralizes everything—from policy management to vendor tracking—making it easy to stay audit-ready at all times. Their customer support team is incredibly responsive and proactive, which gives me confidence that we’re always in good hands. Secureframe has turned what used to be a stressful, manual process into an efficient, organized workflow that saves us time and keeps us ahead of deadlines

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative—though I’d love to see even more integrations and reporting tools added over time because the existing features have already been so valuable for us.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe streamlines our entire compliance process by automating tasks like policy management, vendor monitoring, and audit preparation. It saves us significant time, reduces the risk of human error, and keeps us continuously audit-ready, which gives our team peace of mind.

 ### 32. Secureframe review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Integrations with alot of vendors we use made it easy to onboard and keep track of it.
Good evidence/tests/policies tracking.
Customer support team is pretty responsive and tries to guide you as much as they can through out the journey
It's easy to use once you get hang of it.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Not straightforward to remove certain tasks/tests that are false positives - CSM were very helpful on this.
Secureframe agent is good but doesn't support mobile devices yet(mobile devices)

This is probably not specific to secureframe but there were alot of manual excel sheet hand offs between our auditors during auditing.
We would get huge list of excel sheet of request of evidence/failing tests. I thought this would be done within secureframe.
Again this might've been our auditor issue.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One place to host and track all of our policies/vendor checks and anything else related to software security compliances

 ### 33. Helpful for compliance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Secureframe makes managing compliance much easier by centralizing tasks and documentation into one organized platform. The user interface is clean and intuitive, and the onboarding process is straightforward. I also appreciate the automated reminders and workflows that help ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Customer support has been helpful and professional when I’ve had questions, and the integrations with other tools add convenience.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Occasionally, the reporting from Secureframe doesn’t perfectly align with our MDM for a small number of devices. It seems to be more of an edge case than a common issue, but improving that consistency would make the platform even better.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Secureframe for security compliance and audit management, serving as our central source of truth for SOC 2 audit purposes. Having everything consolidated in one platform streamlines preparation, reduces the back-and-forth of gathering evidence, and helps ensure we stay organized throughout the audit process.

 ### 34. Great for managing your compliance obligations across the board

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luv K. | Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

A single platform to manage all compliance obligations—HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and more. I like that Secureframe centralizes compliance tasks and automates evidence collection, making it much easier to maintain these frameworks without heavy manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

I wish the policy management and editing tool allowed in-platform editing instead of requiring changes outside the tool. Additionally, uploading policies one at a time can be tedious, especially when managing 50+ policies.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe streamlines compliance by automating evidence collection, tracking controls, and centralizing documentation for multiple frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR. This reduces manual effort, minimizes the risk of missed requirements, and shortens audit preparation time.

 ### 35. Secureframe: The best white glove treatment for small startups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan H. | cofounder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Our rep, Coletta, is the champion that helped us along the way and make our SoC2 happen.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Our auditor is an authorized vendor but the auditor did not initially understand secureframe's system and where to find evidence and it took back and forth email chains and more attachments.
Our Rep Coletta stepped in and worked with the vendor to get them up to speed to where to find the evidence they need.
Great work.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SoC2 type 2 was essential to our customers and it's helping us acquiring and onboarding new customers and ease their security concerns

 ### 36. We use Secureframe for SOC2 Compliance, and it's a breeze.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will H. | Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

It is so easy to navigate, especially for the greater company that are not necessarily the most tech-savvy. We need to maintain SOC2 compliance for some of the industries we work for, and making sure all of the departments that are not necessarily involved in the tech side would have been immensely difficult for the IT team without Secureframe.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Secureframe itself doesn't have any issues I dislike, but the whole compliance requirements in general are a pain, so it's great that there's a front facing system that helps simplify it.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need SOC2 compliance to continue to work with some of our clients in certain regulated industries.

 ### 37. The road to ISO 27001 certification

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

SecureFrame makes compliance simple with seamless integrations for our cloud services and a wide range of frameworks to meet growing customer demands. It’s easy to use, quick to implement, and integrates smoothly with existing tools. The feature set is robust, covering everything from automated evidence collection to policy management, and customer support is fast and knowledgeable. We use it regularly to maintain compliance and prepare for audits — it’s become an essential part of our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

I cannot really compare not having used competing products.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SecureFrame keeps us audit-ready year-round by automating evidence collection and streamlining vendor assessments and risk management. The biggest benefit is having all the information we need — and collect — in one centralized location, making it easy to access, track, and share during audits or customer reviews. This central hub saves time, reduces manual effort, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

 ### 38. A useful and faster way of improving Data Security for the company, with a humble team to support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shrikant B. | Solution Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Secureframe streamlines SOC 2 compliance by automating evidence collection, centralizing documentation, and offering clear step-by-step guidance. The integrations with cloud providers and HR systems save significant time and reduce manual work. The dashboard gives an at-a-glance view of progress and outstanding tasks, making it easy to stay audit-ready year-round.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Certain controls feel overly rigid and not easily tailored to unique workflows. Reporting customization options could be more flexible, and the platform can feel expensive for smaller teams relative to the feature set.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe removes the complexity of managing SOC 2 compliance by automating evidence collection, mapping controls to frameworks, and tracking progress in one centralized platform. It eliminates the need to chase down documentation across multiple tools, reduces human error, and keeps us continuously audit-ready. This saves significant time for our engineering and compliance teams, shortens audit preparation, and helps us build trust with customers faster.

 ### 39. Easy to use product for compliance management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

What I like best about SecureFrame is how straightforward it makes to manage our compliance program. Everything is organized, automated, and easy to follow. The platform makes it clear what needs to be done and when. I also appreciate how quickly I can find the information I need, and the support has been amazing from the whole org.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

It is still a fairly new product, so there are some bugs and weird workarounds here and there, but support has always been helpful in resolving those as they come up.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SecureFrame helps us manage compliance without the manual tasks. Before, we were tracking requirements in spreadsheets, hunting down documents, and spending too much time coordinating different teams. Now, everything is in one place, tasks are easily assigned, and I can see our progress at a glance. It saves us time and makes audits much easier.

 ### 40. Fantastic for SOC2 prep

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

- Phenomenal integrations, being able to sync with Azure, Entra, and Google Cloud has been indispensable.
- 'Steps to pass this test' is an incredible time saver
- Collaboration features with the team such as assigning and leaving notes is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

- Sometimes it is unclear exactly how secure frame is determining compliant with endpoints. For example, in Intune the device will show as complaint, but still not passing password policy. We deploy the policy, but it doesn't seem to help no matter what we do,
- When we first were adding admins, it didn't seem to allow signing in until they were invited and clicked the link. Even after setting up SAML SSO and having the users added and assigned admin permissions, it didnt want to let them sign in,

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great for tackling SOC2 for the first time, knowing what to do.

 ### 41. Successfully passed SOC2-type II audit without exceptions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

SOC2, HIPAA, etc. require keeping track of many company activities. Secureframe acts as an effective checklist of those activities and lets you set time frames within which to get alerted to begin working on a certain activity. It is effective in reminding us to perform recurring activities such as vulnerability scans, policy trainings, and acceptance. Policies provided by Secureframe have been accepted by prospective client companies as sufficiently strong policies to proceed to work with us.

Whenever I need a meeting (e.g., ahead of an audit) or if I just have questions they are always willing to jump on a call and review my evidence, make suggestions, and discuss new features.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

The weekly email reports don't always contain relevant information.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of the long list of activities required to successfully complete security audits.

 ### 42. Great Platform for Compliance, both as an MSP and an organization!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt E. | Compliance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

Clear tasks/requirements and the ease of keeping track of due dates, along with evidence. We are able to track how we are doing with multiple frameworks very easily. The integrations are easy to implement and have had quick replies the few times we did need to contact support (which has been very seldom and typically for pricing, not performance).

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Policies are a bit rough to manage (individuals may get on separate schedule), but have been able to work around it with another tool and organization.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clear tasks/requirements and the ease of keeping track of due dates, along with evidence. We are able to track how we are doing with multiple frameworks very easily. The integrations are easy to implement and have had quick replies the few times we did need to contact support (which has been very seldom and typically for pricing, not performance).

They are providing a best list of tasks with the guides how to deal with them, as well as they have a great support and even some AI agents to simplify your interaction with a platform. It's really easy to use, and with their help it's easy to implement industry best practices. We're using it every day. After adding all your services and clouds as integrations, it's best compliance platform.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Sometimes the page consuming really a lot of RAM.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Literally helped my company being soc 2 compliant

 ### 44. Excellent & Straightforward

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven S. | Information Security Governance Risk & Compliance Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

I like the simplicity, it's easy to understand and therefore doesn't get in the way of your everyday processes, it's also easier for other user's to interact with should they require policy acceptance or to add evidence.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

Not all integrations were initially available, but they did implement the capability to create custom integrations, this required a little more playing about with, but the CS manager was always available to walk me through it.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collating evidence in one place for the auditor to peruse. It's also allowing us to confidently and easily map between multiple frameworks which gives us more confidence that good work is being done and reported.

 ### 45. From Compliance Issues to Sales Asset

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave W. | Small Business Owner | Co-founder | CEO, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

The peace of mind. Our 15-person marketing tech company used to scramble long before audits. Now, Secureframe's continuous monitoring flags all potential problems in real-time. A notification in Slack soon alerts me and I can fix things before the actual audit takes place. The auditor arrived and did a wonderful thing: they found us a firm that understood our niche and was within the budget.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

API documentation could use tightening. Connecting up our custom CRM required some dev help. Some notifications are over-twitchy and create false alarms.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance has gone from a reactive cost to something we can sell. Our rep uses the Secureframe dashboard during mini-demos to show our security posture at work. By giving enterprise clients confidence in our certificates, we have shortened sales cycles by 2-3 weeks. The automated evidence library helped us pass a surprise bank audit without having to scramble.

 ### 46. SecureFrame Company Compliance

**Reviewed by:** Debra R. | VP of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

The support provided is proactive, professional, and personable. The software is easy to use, and you always receive automated updates. The program is straightforward and you always know where you are with your technical and operational tasks. We like the ease of integration and available features. Highly Recommend.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

The only area is the questions within the Soc II audit, where some of the questions are a bit unclear and seem redundant. Otherwise, great program and support.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secureframe assists with overall company compliance and SOC II certification. This supports our security and technical compliance standards and assists us with client sales to have this program and certification.

 ### 47. Solid Platform with Great Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

We’ve had a very good experience using SecureFrame. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, making compliance tasks much simpler to manage. Their onboarding process is well-structured, with clear documentation that’s easy to complete. The SecureFrame team is highly responsive and proactive in helping us understand requirements. When the occasional bug comes up, the tech team resolves it quickly. Overall, SecureFrame has been a valuable tool for our compliance efforts.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

The initial setup requires a significant amount of internal effort to get fully operational.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SecureFrame streamlines the compliance process for us, especially around SOC 2 requirements. It centralizes documentation, tracks progress, and makes it easy to stay organized for audits. The platform helps us understand what’s needed, when it’s needed, and provides tools to collect evidence efficiently. This saves us time, reduces the risk of missing requirements, and ensures we’re always audit-ready.

 ### 48. Easy to use with a responsive team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

I had never done any kind of ISO work before when I was handed my SecureFrame login and told that was part of my new responsibilities. SecureFrame has been very easy to use, and I really appreciate its continuous monitoring. The few times I've needed to contact support, they've been very quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, it's made my job easier.

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**

The one thing that has tripped me up is categorizing employees. We are only certifying one department within our company for ISO, and I've found it difficult to mark employees as out of scope without saying that they're contractors.

**What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to maintain our ISO compliance to qualify to do business with larger companies. Secureframe has made that easier to manage. We've also had a few companies request documents through Secureframe's portal rather than contacting us directly, which is handy.

 ### 49. Massive Time Saver for Managing Due Diligence Submissions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Secureframe?**

The features for saving due diligence responses have completing them has saved me many hours!

**What do you dislike about Secureframe?**
