Streamlined Questionnaire Process with AI Assistance **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Mark G. | Corporate Growth Development Representative- Acquisition , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2025 **What do you like best about Secureframe?** I like that Secureframe makes it easy to upload information and it only takes a couple of minutes to get a large chunk of the form filled out. It's viable for me because I can fill out forms quicker for onboarding companies, which helps close deals faster, shortens the sales cycle, and makes it easier for my compliance team to complete the rest. **What do you dislike about Secureframe?** Not all of the questions are filled out in the questionnaires. In fact, most are not filled out, which is a bit disappointing. Some of the answers are guesses, and although they inform you of this, I would have hoped for more of the questions to be filled out automatically. **What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Secureframe to fill out tedious security questionnaires quickly. It auto-completes sections with AI and past data, saving time and helping my compliance team. This speeds up onboarding and shortens the sales cycle, even though not all questions are completed automatically. ### 2. I also appreciate the SSO login feature, which simplifies accessing the system. The onboarding process has been easy for me, which makes it convenient to get started with using Secureframe. **What do you dislike about Secureframe?** The AI doesn't do as good of a job on first pass answers on security reviews as it could. Some of the answers are wrong or missing. **What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Secureframe provides a central system for security reviews, acting as a single source of truth. ### 3. A lot of my evidence was automatically uploaded via integrations. We were able to achieve SOC 2 on the first try. **What do you dislike about Secureframe?** They don’t have as many popular integrations that other competitors have, so there is still some manual work involved to provide evidence. Customer support, especially the chat, is slow to respond to questions (not on demand). The software is clunky, buggy, and not very intuitive. **What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us collect evidence to supply to an auditor for SOC 2 compliance. ### 4. Having all required tasks and evidence in one place, with a significant portion automated, makes audit preparation and audits 10 times easier. ### 5. Their platform supports all perks like single sign-on and manages the entire compliance requirements set by the SOC II framework. **What do you dislike about Secureframe?** When we first started they did not have all SOC II TSCs (Trusted Services Criteria) available but the team was very helpful and a quick release ended up serving our need very well. **What problems is Secureframe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Secureframe allows our small team (without a full-time compliance officer) to manage the complex frameworks of being a SOC II compliant business. ### 6.
