Their Pay As You Go plan is a little confusing. I thought I was paying for a pay as you go service, I didn't realise that I was tied into a monthly contract plus the pay as you go on top. I ended up paying £10 for 1 document I sent the whole month.

The manual process of printing, signing and scanning is a ridiculous waste of time when you can use a product like Secured Signing! You can upload documents from any drive - including M-Files, add the signees and you're away. It's secure, easy and considerably more robust and audit-able than wet signatures. Undoubtably the most significant initial benefit our business gained from using Secured Signing is a greatly improved customer experience.
