Sometimes there are bugs when using the custom application launcher. Would love the option of "hiding" the secureden shield on some web pages as sometimes it gets in the way of other website drop-downs or appears when we need to take a clean screenshot and it is tedious to log out just to hide the symbol. Sometimes it takes a while for support to assist in issues and when getting in a call with support, sometimes it is hard to understand them due to the language barrier (speed and annunciation of words). We've been working with Securden since January 2023. It wasn't all smooth sailing at first; we had some hitches trying to adapt the application to our needs. However, the Securden team was there to help us, showing receptiveness to our suggestions. The application is fairly straightforward and fast for onboarding employees.

1. Password rotation for AD users and not only .

2. Password breach detection. It provides you with a report of known password breaches compared to your own

There are so many things that fit the best, the api access to automate scripts for ease integration , being able to segment out spacific account to differet devisions, the one click installation, the ease of impementation, the quick turn around time on customer support, but if i had to name one it is the reliability of the product. I can never rave enough about Securden. We came to them with a large obstacle that other password managers could not achieve, and they built it out within a month. Securden just works well. It is a great on prem product that provides everything you need in a password vault, with loads of features. Their support is fantastic and quick with a resolution. We have run into a small bug in the past and after a quick phone call with support, a quick video call with one of their developers, and Securden had released a new version of their software within 24 hours that fixes it for everyone.
